We just had every window in our 1980s home replaced in Saskatoon by ecoline and they did a great job. Windows look good and the crew were efficient and respectful. They even laid mats down all over the house to preserve the hard wood which was appreciated.

We placed an order on 24 April, and our two bedroom windows were installed on 15 July 2025, which seems a very reasonable time as the windows need to be ordered, custom made elsewhere and then delivered to Saskatoon. The whole process was very smooth from the beginning to the end. Ordering and inspection with Alex and Oleg were short, informative and efficient. The installation took about 2.5 hours, Chris and Victor did a very thorough job: the windows look great from inside and from outside. We would recommend Ecoline to our friends..

Very professional crew of 2. Got to work right away. Took our old windows away. (You could no longer see through them and would not seal properly in the winter).New windows are so awesome! Triple pane and clear! Easy to lock and seal. Very pleased with my new windows.Ecoline was very pleasant and easy to deal with.From the initial consultation to final install everything was smooth and such an easy process.Very responsive to emails and phone calls.The installers were very professional – took extra precautions when they were in my house to make sure nothing was damaged inside. We ordered 2 windows for bedrooms from Ecoline Windows through Costco. The ordering process was very easy and ordering it through Costco was definitely a better deal.The company’s representatives provided us with a quote and answered all the questions we had about different options. Their advice was very valuable!Several weeks later we got our windows installed. All was done within a few hours. The installer crew was very polite and professional, keeping everything clean.Overall, we are very satisfied with the quality of the windows and the installation process. We will order more Ecoline windows again and recommend it to our friends.

Excellent service and quality all around; highly recommended. First saw Ecoline at their Costco display and purchased my windows through Costco. Econline is responsive and very helpful at every step, from initial contact to measurement and quotation, payment, and finally to installation. Staff are informative and helpful, clearly explaining options and solutions for a challenging installation in a 100-year-old home. The installation went smoothly and the installers did a great job accommodating the unique external window trim. I am impressed with the quality of the windows themselves; fit and finish and operation are excellent. Would definitely use Ecoline for future projects.

I have hired Ecoline Windows a number of times over the years, first to replace my windows, but this time to replace a door. I keep returning to them because they are second to none.From the quote process – the company comes in, they listen to my needs and work within my budget with zero upselling.Once contract is signed, a final measurement is taken (measure twice, cut once!) to ensure the windows/doors fit to spec.Installation – they have always arrived on time, the installers have been very pleasant to deal with and when finished they leave the area as they found it – clean-up is best, thank you!Finished product – having had a total of 7 windows replaced and now one outer door, I have no complaints with the product and they have all held up beautifully to date. I have one more door to replace probably in a couple years, and they can expect my business again at that time.If you are looking to replace some windows or doors, don’t hesitate to give them a call, they will definitely look after you.

The process of getting new windows and doors was very smooth from start to finish. The people were all very friendly and experienced. The finished product looks amazing and we would recommend Ecoline Windows and Doors. Just one problem. The picture window blind did not fit the new window. To replace the blind cost us another $2250.00. Not happy about that.

Bought an old house with windows that were painted shut, frosted over in winter and could never be opened in summer. Ecoline came to measure windows in April 2024 and installation was completed on July 25, 2024. There was no additional cost for installation. The installers even cleaned up in every room where a window was replaced. I was so impressed with the high quality of workmanship provided by the installers and filled out their questionnaire regarding my satisfaction with the installation giving them the highest rating. It has been 7 years since I bought this old house and was finally able to open each window that evening to let cool fresh country air flow throughout this house. From start to finish, this was so good and the right thing to do, i.e. putting new windows into this old house. The quality of the product is exceptional and the quality of taking care with the measuring and then again, the quality of the installation is so obvious. As a company, you must be so proud to have employees who care that much to do exceptional work especially on my old house. I will recommend your company to anyone who asks me about my news windows. We found Ecoline through Costco, once I had the salesperson give a quote I felt confident that we would get a quality product. Alex was thorough, knowledgeable & very professional. The installers were prompt, very efficient & cleaned up after themselves. I had asked for them to clean the upper windows as I didn’t have a high enough ladder to reach them & they did a great job & very cooperative. We would strongly recommend Ecoline Windows & it’s an added bonus that we purchased through Costco as we got a great deal & could use our Costco Credit card. The windows look great & hopefully will last for many years. The only complaints we have about the company is it’s difficult to reach them by phone but much easier via email. Also, the drop sheets they brought into the house were filthy & therefore defeated the purpose of their intended use.

Ecoline has done all of our windows. A few years ago they did our living room and kitchen window in a very efficient and professional manner. We recently decided to replace the rest of our windows and contacted Ecoline as in our minds they were the only company for the job. Purchased 2 doors from Ecoline window and had them installed this past Tuesday and I am 100% satisfied with my purchase. Installers were punctual, organized and did a great cleanup afterwards like they were never there. I received a small bottle of paint for any touch ups needed on my new burgundy painted door. Ecoline has many color options for new doors. I am a previous customer who purchased windows from Ecoline 5 years ago and was also 100% satisfied with that purchase.

Eco Line WindowsIn Spring (2023), we decided to look into getting new windows when I kept seeing ads on social media for Eco Line Windows & Doors. I believe I sent a message/posted a comment, wound up making an appointment to have an Eco Line representative come out to give us a no cost quote.Alex was the gentleman sent out. Very nice fella…right on time… careful and precise with measurements. Made suggestions and explained the reasoning for them. The quote was extremely detailed and sent to us when he said it would be. We accepted the quote and I proceeded to drive Alex crazy with questions. 🤦‍♀️. He was very patient with my many texts and emails.There are a lot of steps involved in the Government grant and the 10 year, interest free loan. You have to get a PRE assessment. It’s around $315 to have done. We were very happy with the company we used for this(Energuy-Joshua). They are scheduled to do the POST inspection next week(also another $315). Once that was done and sent to CRA, we were approved for both loan and grant. Eco sent their installer, Artem, to do the final measurements and ordered the windows. We were told to expect a September/October install date as they are custom made(this was in June/July). Install was actually in December but thankfully we were having a mild winter still. We received regular emails with a link to check on the progress. They were all installed over less than 2 days. Just stay out of their way, they work fast. Artem was the lead installer, really nice kid and will come explain any thing they find that’ll need extra work(no increased costs). They found that a lot of our windows and doors had no insulation around them (we live in a very harsh climate with extremes in both the lows and highs). They insulated everything. He also noticed a problem under the deck door that we will fix in the summer. They put down drop clothes to help protect your flooring, but it’s a good idea to cover furniture and get everything away from the window area ahead of time. Your home will be a mess after they are finished even though they are professional, conscientious and as courteous as possible. Your doors and windows will be open a lot so please think of your pets, we wished we could have had our inside only kitty elsewhere. So many people in and out, we were worried he’d escape)We have a pretty standard 1500sq ft(not including bottom 2 levels) 4 level split, built in 1997. We’ve done extensive renovations(a decade or so ago) so the main floor is open vs having a 3/4 wall. We took out garden doors and had a sliding door installed in the kitchen.We put window inserts in about 15 years ago and they were looking terrible. We are incredibly happy with how great the new windows look. We instantly noticed a change in how warm the house is staying.(Good thing since it’s -41c today). Aesthetically the house looks amazing, we have had so many compliments. We do not have AC so I’m sure we will notice that the house stays a lot cooler in the summer.This was a great investment. The costs were all clearly laid out so no rude surprises. $315 x 2 for the inspections, the windows themselves were around $23,000. We were given an interim loan with another company, Snap, with 3 months of deferred payments to cover the time between installation and CRA giving us the funds. The loan and grant $$ will come after the post assessment so that will happen in the next few weeks. CRA will send a wire transfer($15 fee), it’ll just appear in your account without saying who it’s from…. Don’t spend it! That’s for your downpayment.Hopefully I covered everything. Very happy customers here. Tell them I sent you…(🤣$100 referral bonus!).Definitely recommend Eco Line for service and product. (Before and after pictures included. The door handle and lock are not included. They will move existing or install whatever you have there).

It was an excellent experience with our Ecoline Windows installation. Estimator and sales team were excellent communicators. The installers were excellent, going above and beyond. For example, the windows we had installed were around 18 feet off the floor, they made sure their ladders didn’t mark up our floor or wall. They even cleaned the windows once installed. We had all our windows and a sliding patio door replaced by Ecoline. They are amazing. Triple panes glass makes such a difference in the temperature and sound. The house is staying cool in this heat without using the aircondioner. A r extra improvement is no more painting frames and window sill ls. The Money spent will be recouped by the heating and cooling savings. They look fabulous.

The window replacement experience through Ecoline Windows was a very positive one for us. In total the replacement included 12 windows, a patio door, and our front door. When we had the Project Manager out to provide a quote for the project, the Project Manager provided great detail on the options that were available for the windows and ensured that all of our questions and concerns were addressed.The team that performed the installation was courteous and friendly while working efficiently to complete the project and now that we are into fall weather we have already found an improvement in heat retention and sound-proofing from outside noise. Overall we are very satisfied with the installed windows and doors and would highly recommend Ecoline Windows.

Alex was amazing. We asked so many questions and repeated the same questions to make sure we had it all correct. He was very patient and extremely knowledgeable. We even asked if he could send us pictures to confirm we were correct in explaining how we wanted the Windows to open. He obliged immediately. He sent us a bunch of different pictures of the styles we picked and the type and direction that they opened. If the install goes as well as the measuring and ordering, we will be very happy campers. I met with Alex last evening and was so impressed ! He was easy to talk to, answered all my questions and is courteous and kind. There was absolutely no pushing to buy windows. We had a great experience with Ecoline. They went through our quote in detail, made sure the measurements were exact, and worked quickly for our winter installation. They cleaned up as they went and made sure everything looks good from outside too. Our house is 100+ years old, so they worked with the character and details of the old window frames. We had 13 very large 1970 windows replaced. Alex came to the house and went thru everything with us. Ecoline made the windows and stayed in touch with us for the install. The installers took 2 1/2 days, worked fairly quick and cleaned up everything and hauled the old windows away. Triple pane windows, 25 year warranty, just can’t beat that. I highly recommend them!!

We got windows installed from Ecoline after getting quotes from 5 different companies. We chose Ecoline for a few reasons; they had the lowest quote, they have a great warranty on material and labour, and they offered options that other companies couldn’t like PVC interior casing and the ability to make a large casement window. They were also able to make full casement windows for our basement which other companies couldn’t because the width was more than the height. The installation team was able to remove our old windows and completely install the 9 new ones in one day, including a bow window. Everyone at Ecoline was great to deal with. Alex was very friendly and quickly responded to any questions or concerns we had, and Oleg did an excellent job with the install and left our home very clean. We are very happy with the product, but we’ve only had the new windows for a couple of weeks, the real test will be next winter. Thanks again Ecoline we love the new windows.Update: The windows have now experienced the cold weather of a Saskatchewan winter and are performing great! No more cold draughts and no more ice build up like we had with our old windows. We are still very happy with the windows!

The whole project was 5 windows & patio door, from start to finish was handled professionally, from a “no pressure” sales visit to a top of the line installation. When we had questions, our salesman steered us in the right direction to get the best answers, Likewise, our installers were courteous and efficient and showed the value of their experience in window installation. This review is preliminary to our actual new window(s) installation and is based entirely on the requested assessment of our existing windows and of the presentation of what can expect from Ecoline Windows.Alex (the Ecoline representative) showed up punctually at the appointed time and viewed all our windows inside and out taking measurements as required. Alex went on to provide possibilities of where our existing windows may be failing and what may be the cause. Alex then politely made us familiar with who Ecoline Windows were and of their history. We felt no pressure at all and were made to feel at ease over the manner in which he had come across. There was no anxious apprehension.We were surprised, that he would take a few minutes to introduce us to Ecoline Windows so professionally without ever manifesting any pressure to purchase anything. During his initial presentation he asked if we had any questions about anything that he had presented, and as we fielded him those of relevance, he answered them all very politely.It was only after all our questions, did Alex ask us if we would like to see the samples of the type of windows that Ecoline offers to install. Alex then brought those from his car and proceeded to give us one of the most informative and educational presentations I have listened to, we (and me particularly, as I had been in the trades for 50 years) were sold on this proposed product.We can say much more, needless to say the rest of the call and appointment went exceedingly well and we have had one of the greatest experiences we ever had when purchasing anything, much much more satisfying than a new house, new car, or new anything.We (Tom & Eileen) would highly recommend Alex’s professionalism to anyone. The consultation was quick and well conducted. I have replaced most of my old wood framed windows in my house. I had looked at several different window products, and found Ecoline competitively priced. The sales rep was polite and advised me on how the style of window in the bedrooms needed to be changed to meet fire code regulations. Once the order was placed, I did get a couple of emails indicating the status. Although it did take a bit longer than expected for the delivery, I was able to schedule an installation time that worked for me. The installation went well and there was very little that needed to be cleaned up after they left. In very cold weather, I now notice that the new triple pane windows help keep the room warmer :)

Very professional company and offer superior customer service. We jumped on a deal they offered early on during the pandemic to save a couple thousand. They got installed on August 25th and the installers were fast, friendly but also meticulous. We even got a call from the company asking how things were going during the installation. Also filled out a customer feedback sheet for the installers. 10/10. We used another company for our second floor a few years ago but Ecoline is superior in every way including a much longer warranty on the windows.

We ordered custom basement windows through Ecoline and had a great experience with every representative we worked with. Initial consultation went seamlessly and we got a quote that stayed the same until the work was completed. Perhaps due to Covid it took a bit longer than expected to get our windows from the manufacturer and book our installation but Ecoline was great at keeping us up-to-date every step of the way and the installation itself went very smoothly. The crew cleaned up after their work was completed (always a bonus!) and now our 100+ year old basement has beautiful new windows. Alex the salesman from Ecoline was amazing! Very detailed and explained everything to me. Vlad the fellow who did the measurements was very professional and extremely detailed oriented. And the fellows who installed – my door and window – although I didn’t get their names because I was in and out most of the time -were AMAZING! Clean, professional and a wonderful job was done – and was cleaned up so that I didn’t even know they were there. The door and window have completely changed the look of my house – and the cost was lower than anything I’ve found. The quality is amazing. I would highly recommend Ecoline and will use them again the future for sure.

Very Happy. The sales person was great. Nice honest guy.. The quality of the windows is top notch. The installer(s) was most excellent. He went above and beyond to prepare the opening where the old window was removed. There was some damage to the opening and the old window was not properly supported. Excellent workmanship. My only slight complaint is that they did not send enough trim for the window and I had to wait a couple of weeks for the installer to return and finish the job. We are in the west and their factory is apparently in Eastern Canada. Should not have taken that long. Nonetheless,I would recommend this company wholeheartedly.

The team at Ecoline was very efficient. They are busy so call to make a consult so you can make it works with your schedule. There tracking after you order is very nice to have and I don’t know of many places that do that. When the day came to install and everyone showed up I didn’t have a worry. My house needed two days to install all the windows but it is so worth it in the end. The windows are beautiful and the difference in the house is huge! Highly recommend

EDIT: after posting my review I was promptly contacted with a solution and an apology for the delay. Installation was done at the beginning of January and the crew was fabulous. They worked quickly in the cold weather and did a nice job of cleaning up. Windows and baseboards all look great. Called to get some touch up done on the baseboard work and the service team was fast at reaching out and booking us in to have this done. Happy overall now, would just say the in house service needs some work on!Already regretting our decision to go with them and our windows aren’t even installed yet! Iurii was great with our sales experience so we ordered 12 windows and a patio door mid-July for an Oct/nov installation. It was after that when contact just disappeared. We are now end of November with no update on when these will be installed and Parisa will not return emails or calls – or you get hung up on when you try to get a hold of them. This is quite frightening considering the amount of money we are going to be spending and now worried for any future service. How can it be almost 5 months with no installation booked in yet? Not to mention we are leaving on the 15th if they aren’t completed we will then miss our loan deadline and have to wait until mid-January. Would definitely caution others who are looking to use Ecoline strictly based on their customer service!

The rep that came out was very quick and updated my quote a few times while I dragged my feet.Our windows came in a couple months ahead of schedule which was great because we got them installed before the cold weather really started.Installers did a good job and cleaned up after themselves.We definitely notice the difference from our old metal frame sliders to these.

We had several windows replaced by Ecoline, including a 6-piece rake head-style picture window. From the estimating process with Iiuri through to installation with Artem, they were knowledgeable, helpful and skilled. We were slightly worried about the installation after a neighbour a couple of blocks over told us that they “messed up” her windows. The warning came after we had signed our contract, paid our deposit and scheduled the installation. Thankfully, the installation went off mostly without a hitch. Some of our stucco siding chipped away and a very thin piece of our Hardie board siding underneath one of the windows was slightly damaged. However, the crew patched everything up as best as they could, and the damage is minimal overall. Artem and his coworker went above and beyond to help us figure out how to reinstall our custom blinds after we realized the new windows slightly impacted their fit. They even re-installed the blinds for us!Edit: added photos

It’s only been a few days since my windows and doors were installed but so far I have found the experience with Ecoline Windows to be pleasant, easy, and professional. The installers were great. Helpful with any questions and thorough in explanation. The final product looks great and already have had compliments from friends and neighbors.I would have given 5 stars but one window did come cracked and one screen did have a tear in it – but I have been assured that the pane and screen will be replaced within a month. Otherwise, I would not have hesitated to give this company 5 stars.Been a pleasure and if I need any more windows or doors done Ecoline will be the first name on my list to call.

We’ve chosen Ecoline to change all windows and doors in our house.Alex who did the quotation was very knowledgeable and thorough. He explained different options and how they reflect on the project price; he had the product samples to show us and provided the full specifications in his quote (not all companies do that). The price was reasonable, the product quality was outstanding and Ecoline are experienced in doing large casement windows (we have ~39×39 inch windows in our bedrooms).The installers were very professional, did the job neatly and in a good time and left the house and the yard clean after themselves.We are very happy with the product, the windows look great and the furnace now runs 3-4 times less often.The only disadvantage is that the project commencement was scheduled for August-September, but we only got our installation appointment in late October, and only after I contacted Ecoline regarding the state of our windows. Hence – four stars.

This is my third time using Ecoline Windows for the replacement of old, wooden framed, unopen able living room windows in rental properties. I am once again satisfied with the company – they have very good customer service, create timely price quotations, provide excellent energy efficient window product options and have a knowledgeable, efficient installation crew. They did a great job and the replacement living room window looks great. It is nice to have openable side window panels and the window certainly improves the street appeal of the house as well.

Excellent value and quality. We’re super happy with the install process as well as with the products.
