We would like to thank Eugene Shautsov, our project manager, for his product knowledge, diligence and patience in responding to our various requests for multiple quotes and detailed product information that required several meetings, calls, and emails and his willingness to get things right. In addition, we really appreciated the efforts of Vlad Shell and his Ecoline Windows installation team including Alex and Michael. We were fortunate to have such a professional, conscientious and skillful team of installers who did an exceptional job under somewhat challenging circumstances working on our rather unique 3-story post & beam home. The guys worked quickly and carefully and we are very happy with the final result. They made sure to protect everything in and around the house and leave it clean. Found Ecoline through Costco and could not be happier with the service. The install team Vlad and his crew were excellent. They covered the furniture, answered all my questions, checked in throughout the process making sure I was happy with the placements which I really appreciated. They gents were so friendly even as I asked 100 questions. The install was quick and efficient. The booking team was great to deal with and the sales guy Alex was also awesome! Would highly recommend!

This is the most convenient and reasonable to replace the door and windows. We found Ecoline Windows through Costco and asked for a free quote. The sales service was great. Vitaliy provided us prompt responses throughout the process. The installing crews, Ivan and team were fantastic! So pleased with the window installation. Vlad and his team were amazing and I highly recommend. They installed all 11 windows in one day. They were extremely professional and they cleaned up after each installation. Vacuuming and taking everything away, leaving nothing behind. Vlad Shell and his team were fast, friendly, and professional. They installed 15 windows in just under a day and a half, including one major Reno where we turned two small windows into one large window. We just had all new windows installed and LOVE the upgrade! We got the 3X EnergyGain package (18 windows and 1 large sliding glass door). It has drastically improved the look and reduced the heavy traffic behind our house (close to Abernethy and 227th).Alex Mishyn and his team were incredible! On time, worked so hard (only took a day and a half which shocked us), very efficient, polite, and cleaned up all dust and construction. Alex also took the time to do a thorough walk through on every window to ensure I could open each, test out the screens and locks, and inspect the trims and caulking. Let me preface this by saying that I don’t often make the effort to write reviews. That said, the experience I had when the team of Alex, Alex, and Andrew came to replace all of the windows in my three story condo up on the Sunshine Coast was spectacular and I really feel they deserve recognition!It was my responsibility to remove all the blinds and put the furniture out of the way before work started. Then they were in and out in the estimated timeframe, left no mess for me to clean up at all, and their retrofit work was seamless – now I think I’m going need to repaint the rest of my unit to meet the standard set by their work…Thanks guys! :-)

Excellent experience. Our eco line sale person Alex was great, making sure all the measurement on the windows where the exact measurement. High quality installation. I would recommend Yurii and his crew, they were super-efficient, skilled tradesmen, installing 20 windows in 2 days with minimal interruption. They took all measures to protect the furniture and floor, and thoroughly vacuumed and cleaned up each area after they were done. Very highly recommended.Thank You!

Excellent experience. High quality installation. Vlad Shell and his crew were super-efficient, skilled tradesmen, installing 26 windows in just over 2 days with minimal interruption – both my wife and I were working from home while the installation was in progress. They went above and beyond, buying paint to match the existing exterior siding trim shade for touch-up. They took all measures to protect the furniture and floor, and thoroughly vacuumed and cleaned up each area after they were done. Very highly recommended.

This was our second time using Ecoline for our home improvement. This time was for the replacement of a sliding glass door and the first time we had them replace 5 windows in our home. Our experience with Ecoline from start to project end was satisfactory and pleasant. Jaideep Hydoor, is a consummate professional. He gave us a good presentation at the start, answered all our questions and navigated us through the various choices with patience and grace.There’s a definite price advantage with Ecoline over the more established names. However, that did not translate into an inferior product or installation. The windows are well constructed, operate well and meet all the highest Energy Star certification requirements.The installation crew of Alex and Alex were methodical, friendly and above all, installed the windows with utmost care and precision.Overall, I couldn’t be happier with Ecoline and definitely recommend their services.

Ecoline was absolutely fabulous! Everyone I dealt with was very professional and kind. The whole process took a few months from ordering to installation and they kept me updated the whole time. The installation itself was done so quickly, I was very impressed! They did our whole house in one day! They were also very helpful with explaining the rebates available to me, and showing me how to apply for them. If I had more windows to replace I would be calling them again! We were on the market to replace our 20-years-old door that had seen better days. After extensive research we decided to go with Ecoline. While the cost of the door was a decisive factor for us, the knowledgeable and very helpful sales person definitely convinced us to go ahead with our choice. We decided to not only have Ecoline manufacture the door for us but also to handle its installation and disposal of the old door. Installation was smooth. The crew was very pleasant to work with. They understood exactly the look we wanted. From the moment the new door was installed, it was evident that we had made the right decision. Once the windows came in Ecoline scheduled an install where Zair and Ivan replace two windows in just over 2 hours and it looked amazing! I recently had two sliding doors and three windows replaced by Ecoline and I couldn’t be happier. The whole process was seamless from the original consultation and quote by Alesia through the measuring to final installation. Communication was always prompt, the invoice was exactly what was quoted, and the installers were efficient, polite and they left the premises clean with all debris removed. The windows look great and I am finally warm in my home. The difference is amazing. Alesia tried her best to help with rebate applications but unfortunately condos do not qualify.

Everything from the first phone call to the finished installation was great!I called in back Aug 2022, I had asked for a quote in regards to replacing 20 windows in my home, within a weeks time we had one of their sales rep Eugene come in measure all the windows and ask me how I would like the windows to be done and he then provide me told us about the grants that we’re able to claim and how to claim them. He then emailed me with the provided quote for the windows which was reasonably priced for the amount of windows to be done in different sizes. It took us a while to finally make our decision and Eugene was able to keep his quote the same. Fast forward to Feb 2024 the installation team can and was able to finish the windows in 4 days! They cleaned up all the areas they worked in, took all the old windows with them as well! I was even more impressed that they also cleaned up the roof from the debris that had fallen from removing the windows! Overall great experience from beginning to end!

Vitaliy was very helpful, always on time and quick to respond to follow-up questions during the consultation phase. I was able to get a consultation within 2 days of calling . Information he provided was detailed and I never felt pressured or manipulated. I deduced to reduce the number of windows to replace from 16 to 14 and that was fine. At 14 windows Vitaliy was able to get authorization for a small discount.I was very worried that the windows would look out of place in my 1913 home. Vitaliy was able to show options that would best be suitable. I was able to get colours and handle hardware that work incredibly well to match the homes era.I would like to thank Vlad Shell and his efficient, effective team for doing a great job replacing 14 windows. They were considerate, organized, and Vlad kindly made some small changes to help my new windows blend in with the century old house. I didn’t believe it when they said the work would be done in 1 & 1/2 days. But, it was, and all was adequately cleaned up post install.I am so pleased with not only the looks, but the windows function very well and it has made an incredible difference in cutting down the sound from outside.

Our experience with Ecoline was incredible. Andrew, the sales rep, contacted us to schedule, he measured everything up, explained everything in detail, provided recommendations on windows, payment plans and rebates. Once signed up (May), the installers remeasured to check everything, order was ready 3 months later. Installers did an immaculate job – very professional and friendly, cleaned up after themselves – the doors and windows work perfectly, they are keeping in the heat (winter) and keeping out the moisture and look good. If I had any queries while installers were working, they were addressed or answered by the end of the day. We had follow up calls from Ecoline to check on the installation to ensure that we were were satisfied. We are more than happy with the results, glad we chose this company and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Ecoline Windows and Doors is the way to go! Just had our old aluminum windows replaced with triple-glazed (a bonus!) vinyl ones. Can already feel the quietness, and warmth and furnace firing less often. Booking an in-home consultation was only a phone call away. Morris gave us sound professional advice which helped us decide on the style and design, plus a great quote. Ecoline did a very good job on my 19 windows with patio doors in 3 days. I deal with a sales/pm Vitaliy. He is quick to response to my enquiries. There was a hiccup on the extra windows ordered, and the company quickly rectify it and refunded unused windows. This show how professional the company is.Also the 25yr warranty is transferable and includes 1 replacement if there’s any accidental damage to the windows!I would recommend them to everyone.

This was my third time using Ecoline Windows for replacing old, wooden framed living room windows in my rental properties. The consultant came within a few days to discuss an estimate for two basement windows, which was provided by email, within 24 hours. The estimate was reasonable, plus I received a $100 cheque for referring them to my neighbour. Because of Covid, there were delays in getting the windows produced. The installers arrived within the two hour window and had both windows replaced quickly, without any difficulties (it was a tight area to get the windows in), and left the work areas as clean as they were before installation. Highly recommended.

Ecoline Windows installed four windows and two exterior doors just recently at my house. The process was so organized. It started with a house visit to provide me with a free estimate for the price of installation. When the order arrived, it was installed professionally in 2 days. Ecoline Windows replaced eight windows in our 1910 house. They built the windows around the original trim and the house has retained it’s character. The office staff kept us informed through all stages of the renovation by email and telephone calls. The installation team were friendly, professional and completed the install without any problems. During the final inspection the team explained the functions of the windows completely. The area was cleaned thoroughly before they left. We would definitely recommend Ecoline Windows for window installation.

I bought my house in 2019, the windows were terrible, even though the house was only 6 years old at the time, I called several companies to get quotes. I decided on Ecoline, because they were going to put in the exact same size window (glasswise) all the other companies said that the actual glass would be much smaller than what I had. I wanted to keep it the same as my home didn’t have many windows.I love the quality of the windows, and the framing around the window from the inside just snaps into place so if I have to paint all I do is unclick it. WOW, no taping no making sure that I don’t paint the edge etc. Where were these windows 30 years ago.I would highly recommend Ecoline, their staff are very friendly and understanding and take the time to explain how everything works. We replaced all our windows and patio door with Ecoline windows. Project manager Vitaliy was excellent to work with. He worked on our quote and made understanding the whole process and the products, really easy and straightforward. The installation team Vlad and Vladimir were professional and extremely knowledgeable and helpful, they did their job with keen attention to detail, and care was taken to ensure that all mess was cleaned up so that our house was left as clean as it was when they arrived. There were some delays caused by supply chain issues. However, there was excellent communication with company staff and they kept in touch all the time.The new windows look beautiful. I am a very happy customer and can only recommend this company.

Eugene is extremely responsive. I can easily get a hold of him and usually replies my emails within the hour. Truthfully, it is this responsiveness of Eugene that made me choose Ecoline. I had several other quotes. Even though some quotes I got were cheaper, their slow response time put me off.Very knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating and will work with you in order to get the right windows for whatever goal, design and needs you want. I recently contact Ecoline for my entrance door replacement in July, and my experience so far with Ecoline is super, totally beyond my expectation. The contact center is well organized, and the project manager Eugene came on site on time, very professional and he listened to my concern, trying his best to give me advice and did quotation on site with his laptop. UPDATE: The windows came and and were installed! The team was fantastic! They took care of covering the floors to not damage them, cleaned up after themselves, and did an excellent job with the actual installation and finished product! I can tell the difference instantly. No more drafty windows. I would 100% recommend Ecoline Windows for any job, big or small. They were fantastic every step of the way. Including helping with the rebate information! They changed 18 windows total in 2 days and the end result is outstanding.We have had good experiences with Vitaliy thus far. We first reached out to Ecoline windows in May of 2021, but were unable to go through with the project at that time. And we reached out again to Vitaliy this October 2021 to start the project again. I am very excited to get all our windows upgraded to triple pane. Once installed and complete i will update this review. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Cant speak highly enough about the great service and finished product. Oleg the sales rep was wonderful to work with and explained all our options clearly, the installation crew were great despite being up on a ladder the entire day completing the top floor windows on our home, they were pleasant and cleaned up very well once they had finished. We ended up choosing the triple pane windows which have made an incredible difference muffling the outdoor noise and keeping our bedrooms much more warm. The modern look has also made a remarkable difference to both the interior of each room and the exterior of the house. We will certainly be looking forward to working with Oleg and Ecoline to complete the lower floor windows in the very near future.

Just ordered my windows and doors with Ecoline Windows. Vitaliy is an amazing guy, he changed/updated my quote numerous times with patience. And he tried his best to save me money. He even brought his installation crew over the second time to look at my current windows to discus options during quotation process. They spoke a lot of their native language during the discussion, but translated into English for me after, which was totally understandable. I decided to go with them right after that discussion. In May 2018, Ecoline replaced two windows upstairs. I was so impressed with their quality I had them install new bay windows this spring. Their glass is triple pane, they insulated the window hole, and they took the time to compliment their windows with beautiful trim. The head jamb, side jamb, and sill are perfectly proportional. The lock handle and operating handle are subtle. My Ecoline wndows are the focal point of the room. Vitaliy is the best! He’s first came to our house and was incredibly informative, respectful and not at all pushy. He’s also spent countless hours at my parents house taking the time to explain everything. They changed their minds multiple times between sliders, awnings and casement windows but he was patient through it all (not to mention he is spending his day off doing this). Zair and Andrew team completed a 9 window installation in about 9 hours. A competitive pricing and warranty helped us choose Ecoline. There are a couple issues with the install but you wouldn’t know it unless looking closely. One window was sized wrong, but they make it fit. Although we would have preferred it to fit as we ordered.They cleaned up any debris and left the worksite in order. After all I would recommend Ecoline. The entire work crew is Ukrainian and Russian, maybe a Chek in the mix too. Only one guy spoke English, which made communication an issue. So no interruptions I suppose lol

Last year we had Ecoline replace all the old aluminum windows in our 1977 year built home. We had 4 estimates and went with Ecoline more so because trust in the salesman Carlos that any knowledge on our part about window construction. It turned out to be a good choice. We were and still are quite satisfied with the windows and (very important to me) were impressed with the quality of the workmanship of Dimitio and his installation crew. This spring because of our success with the windows we decided to replace the patio door that was new in 1995. The patio door was not in as bad shape as the windows but was 28 yrs old, frosted up and leaked in the winter. Because we were so pleased with the windows purchased last year we felt it unnecessary to go anywhere else other than Ecoline. We contacted Carlos and he promptly came out for a quote. At our request Carlos made sure that Dimitrio was the installer. The new door was installed today and I am pleased to say that we are once again very satisfied with both the quality of the door and with the workmanship and dedication to his craft as shown by Dimitrio. The photos do not really show well but we are confident that the new door will make for a warmer and quieter house. The door is also much cleaner looking both inside and out. I would not hesitate to recommend Ecoline windows.

I replaced my large kitchen window as well as living room window. Excellent customer service. Very clear with pricing, installation, expectations, pros and cons of different types of windows. The guys came to install. It were amazing! Quick, efficient, respectful, and cleaned up immediately. I love my new windows. I love that I can clean the other side of it easily. I also love that even when it was hot outside this summer, we never felt the heat inside. Im excited to see what it does for the winter!

I replace both my kitchen and living room window this summer. ***** was very professional in his explanation of the different windows, the warrantees and the craftsmanship. The windows came in early, setting up an appointment was clear and easy. The guys that came to install it were so professional and kind. They were efficient and cleaned up after themselves. I was really impressed overall with the whole process. Im hoping to buy another two windows in the next two years from these guys! Thank you so much! We love our new windows
