Ivan and the team are very processional and did an amazing good job. They completed the work on time and cleaned up after the job done. Very happy with the service.

Will came by to give me a free estimate, he was great, it was quick and professional. However I think their AI automated answering system needs some work. It initially booked my appointment but then called me back to try to book another one. I told it that I already had an appointment. Then it called me to confirm and I asked it if they had an earlier time. It seemed confused. I called back and asked for a human, and found out it ended up cancelling the appointment, even though I still wanted one. The human was great, but at no point does the Ai bot let you know there is a human option, so if you are reading this, ask for the human. Honestly I almost gave up.

Nice guys! Window install was efficient.
Took a 5 months time for the window to arrive! I think this is a global issue.

Great service, excellent fallow up. I would recommend Vitaliy and is company to anyone.

Maksym and his crew were great! Very fast and efficient. They were on time and cleaned up everything when they finished! The only problem that I had with Ecoline was it is very hard to get a hold of office staff.

Econoline windows are amazing! Max, our installer was also amazing! Professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He, along with his crew, Stan and Sergi installed six large windows and a sliding patio door. Expert service and they left the place beautiful and spotless. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone

This was a job very well done, the men were promptly on time and the job went really well. I’m very pleased with it. Thank you, Allan Ranger.

Excellent job- – the quality of the windows is amazing and the installers were excellent. Thanks Maks for your hard work

Maksym did a great job, showed up on the appointed time was quick, efficient and courteous. We are very pleased with our new windows and the installation. I will recommend this company to my friends.

On time, professional and polite. I was impressed that the supervisor came out for a final inspection that was thorough. I LOVE IT

Great service from salesperson Alex. Very pleasant and knowledgeable Pretty Good prices. He was prompt and explained everything well.

Update2: Guys came out and patched, painted and fixed the outside of the windows. All good now!

Update: windows are now installed.
Not bad, but a mess of one window on the outside with my stucco and paint.
Installers were not friendly at all! And don’t talk or acknowledge what I’ve said. Strange. But all in all, not a bad job. It would be nice to have a follow up call or inspection. I had to request one.

Excellent customer service …fast estimate…upfront and good quality product…highly recommended😎guys were extremely efficient and fast..highly knowledgeable…great service from.beginning to end!!

Oleg was very helpful to us. He saved us a lot of money by letting us know of cheaper options than replacing whole window and connected door.

The entire process from start to finish was very smooth and the installation turned out great. The sales rep was professional and transparent and the installers were efficient and did a great job considering the number of windows they needed to install (19 in total). I have used Ecoline in the past and would recommend them to anyone looking at new windows.

I was very happy with how this turned out, I wasn’t sure about the trim but it looks really good. I had water damage before and it’s nice that it is all encased in plastic. The people were fats workers got it done in like 2 hours and cleaned up their mess. Highly recommend!

I have used Ecoline Windows for two very large window replacements.
Pros:
-The windows are well-made. I have absolutely no condensation on my large picture window, even in the coldest weather. My monthly gas bill went from $90 to $50 after installing this window.
-The sales rep, Oleh, is a very good communicator and provides excellent advice. Ordering windows is a smooth process.
-The installers are respectful, organized, skilled, and clean up nicely.

Cons:
-When I had a grievance, I was not able to speak directly to management. It would have meant a lot to me if I could have discussed my concern with a manager.

My summary is that they provide excellent sales experience, product, and workmanship, but they could upgrade their customer services.

Had a great experience with Ecoline. They were punctual with all their appointments, knowledgeable about available products, and made good recommendations for my home. The salesman even provided me with great information about applying for government grants and loans.

The installers were professional and they did a great job of cleaning up. Will definitely hire them again for future renovations.

Eco line windows was excellent to work with! Our new windows look and function beautifully! Their pricing was reasonable and installation was very thorough and fast!

Very professional and friendly team led by Stefan and Mykala. They all paid great attention to detail. Thorough walk through was done at end to ensure everything was working. Team was very punctual and yard was cleaned of all debris. We are very pleased with product and workmanship!

They are really friendly and enjoyable people, and they work efficiently and tidily.

Very nice work by Stepan and Bohdan. Pleasant workers.

Stephan, Yurii, and Yurii were very professional. Did good work, some minor things came up but transparent communication and they were fixed. I would recommend them to others that need windows and doors installed .

We are very happy with our window purchase from Econoline Windows. The company was great to work with. The installation crew were very efficient and did an amazing job, 11 windows under 7 hours! The windows look beautiful, they’ve made a huge difference. We highly recommend Ecconoline Windows. We have 4 more to eventually replace and we will be a returning customer.

Window installation

We’ve had good experiences with Ecoline Windows. We had them here about 3 years ago to replace most of the windows in our home, and then recently had them come in to replace our kitchen window. The price was good, and they delivered on time.

I like their straight forward approach from the sales process to installation. Would hire them again for any other window replacement!

This is my second time using Ecoline Windows and doors. I cannot say enough about how awesome they are. From the salesperson to the installers, everything was done to perfection. I will be using them again for my next window replacement project

I recently had new windows installed by Ecoline Windows, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The installation team, Vadym and Maks, were absolutely amazing — efficient, professional, and so respectful of my home. They worked quickly without cutting corners, were kind and courteous the entire time, and made sure to leave everything spotless once they finished. The new windows look fantastic, and I’m genuinely thrilled with the quality of their work. Highly recommend Ecoline and this incredible team!

Found Ecoline sales rep was good and the installers were great and did an amazing job with our new front door. However the product choices ended up being more limited than we were originally led to believe. We ended up with our third choice glass for the door and it didn’t fully match the side panel. I also asked for a different colour for the door surround which I didn’t get either. But all in all for the cost of the door I am pleased with the end product. But communication between sales rep and company needs to be better! The reps need to know what is actually available to the customer before they order.

Ecoline Windows recently replaced 19 of our windows in a two story home. The results are excellent and we are very satisfied. Vitalii had thoroughly presented the window options we had available and guided us through the decision and contracting process of the project late last year. The installation this June then went very smoothly at a time convenient to us. Yevhenii and Ruslan were professional, punctual, efficient and effective installing a large number of windows on time. They were always ready to answer questions we had and always to our satisfaction. They were also very pleasant gentlemen who seemed to enjoy their work. Yevhenii inspected and re-inspected the work, taking extra time to ensure that everything was to our liking. Cleanup was done very well too! This extra effort will minimize the chances of any further work needing to be done. We certainly don’t expect any. Ecoline’s comprehensive warranty is a plus as we can rest easy knowing the Ecoline Windows will always be ready to attend to any issue.

Met with Marc Mousseau. Was very Professional and no pressure techniques. He explain what needed to be done, the process and timline for having the windows replaced. Very Professional

Vinyl window installation and replacement

Amazing job. Slava (Ecoline Windows) came to the house and determined what we wanted, gave us recommendations and measured the windows. The installer was scheduled to remeasured the windows a few weeks out. The remeasure was due to the 110-year-old house and the nuances with that age of house. The windows were ordered and a few weeks following, they were installed perfectly. The communication between Slava (cell) and office (email) for every step was amazing. The finished result is better than we thought as the 110-year-old house has old trim which was reused and the windows look great keeping the character of the house.

First rate company. From the request for a quote through our local costco to install absolutely great service. Kaitlyn showed up on time to do the initial quote, she was lovely to deal with and left me feeling confident about the process, she was available to answer questions and kept me up-to-date on install dates. The install team was top notch polite , efficient and did a fantastic job. They took the time to reinstall the original 80 year old trim with care and great carpenter skills. They worked steady and cleaned up all the mess, they were a very impressive duo.

Professional installers
They had to wait for office to approve my cheque payment with discounts due to delays/cancellations by Ecoline. Beautiful windows and trim. Pablo team professional and knowledgeable team.

Kaitlyn came on time, gave us her time and expertise about windows, and tried her best to get us the best quote for our needs. We have not decidee yet, still looking at other bids, but she was very pleasant and knowledgeable.

On June 8 and 9th, 2026, as per schedule, Ecoline Windows’ crew of 3 arrived from Moncton. By the end of the second business day our 10 windows were replaced as per schedule. The team was top notch throughout. A special mentioning is given to Grigor Hovanesian, Installer. We were impressed how clean they worked throughout and they left the site spotless.

Thank you, Ecoline Moncton, great job! We are planning to give you more business next year to install 8 more windows and a terrace door.
We’ll keep in touch.

This was the only place where we could order European-style windows that met Canadian standards. We had to wait about 10 months for the installation, but it was worth it. Even though the installers had to cut concrete to widen the window opening, they worked quickly and efficiently, and they cleaned up all the mess afterward. They did a perfect job—thank you!

What a great experience overall! We have a very dated house that was in dire need of new windows. From the outset they were on time (early), professional, and worked non stop to replace 11 windows. They cleaned up and took away the old windows as well. Much appreciated. Excellent product, installment, and service. Thank you to Greg and team!

We recently had Ecoline Windows come to our home for an assessment of the windows and sliding door we’re planning to install, and the experience was excellent. Skander Khakimov was a pleasure to work with, he took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions thoroughly, and walked us through our options in a way that was easy to understand. He also offered practical, honest recommendations that truly helped us make an informed decision. His friendly, professional, and knowledgeable approach made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We would highly recommend Ecoline Windows and especially Skander for anyone considering new windows or doors.

Ivan and his team were professional, kind and very hard workers. You can tell that they take pride in their work.
I have posted some before and after photos.
We are very pleased with our new windows and doors . Thank you Ecoline
