Ecoline Windows Wins The Home Depot’s 2026 Service Provider of the Year Award

Ecoline Windows is proud to be named The Home Depot Canada’s 2026 Service Provider of the Year. This is our second win in a row, following the same honour in 2025.

This recognition reflects some great results: higher customer satisfaction, double-digit sales growth, and more than 2,000 installation jobs expected through our partnership during this year.

What The Home Depot Says About Ecoline’s 2026 Performance

Announcing the winner, Aaron Jarosz, Vice-President of Contractor Services at The Home Depot Canada, praised Ecoline for delivering “exceptional results for our customers, stores, and business.”

His announcement highlighted four significant achievements we are really proud to share with you all:

• 4.86 IVOC score: Ecoline’s score went up again this year, along with big improvements in workmanship and customer satisfaction.
• More than 2,000 jobs planned for 2026: Our team expects to surpass this goal this year.
• One of the highest conversion rates: Ecoline ranks among the top performers in The Home Depot’s window and door installation business.

“The Ecoline team, simply put, continues to set the standard for service excellence,” Jarosz said in his 2026 award announcement.

For our installers, project managers, and customer support team, this award means a lot. It shows the positive results homeowners see during their window replacement projects, not just in sales numbers.

A Partnership That Grew From One Store to 69

Ecoline started working with The Home Depot at one pilot location in Edmonton on November 7, 2024. The program grew to 65 stores in 2025 and now reaches 69 Home Depot locations from coast to coast in 2026.

Our first Service Provider of the Year award in 2025 recognized the strength of our new partnership and the complete customer experience we offer.

Back then, Bill Adams, National Installation Merchant at Home Depot Canada, praised our commitment to customers and associates. The 2026 award highlights even more improvements in service quality, customer satisfaction, and business performance as our program grows.

This is also our second Home Depot award in 2026. On February 19, Ecoline received the Shareholder Value Award at Home Depot Connect in Toronto.
