We received 3 different window quotes and found Home Depot, which uses Ecoline windows and doors as its supplier and installer, to be the best choice for us because of the quality of the windows for the dollar. Vitaliy, the salesman who came to our house, was direct and to the point, with no pressure to purchase. Ten short weeks later, our windows were installed by two very professional installers, Vadim and Alex. They worked hard and were a pleasure to deal with, and did a great job. We have shutters on the inside of our windows, and had two other window companies tell us that the shutters could not be put back on, but they took their time and installed the shutters perfectly. We were very happy with the cost, quality, timeline, and installation of a Canadian-made product.

We recently (May 1-2) had 12 triple-pane windows and patio doors replaced through Ecoline Windows, and the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. The installers were fantastic !!! Top notch !!! Very efficient !The two-person crew. Vadim & Artur were here right on time and installed the windows in a very timely manner. They wasted no time,didn’t even take breaks, just work very hard. Vadim &Artur were very professional and extremely hard working. They were very meticulous about keeping the house clean by laying drop blankets through the house where they were walking in and out. When they finished,they cleaned up and vacuumed the all work area inside and outside. We wanted to replace our “vintage” (1963) basement windows.We saw our neighbours had their windows done by Ecoline and asked them if they’d recommend them. They did, so we gave them a call.We talked to Vitaly. He was very helpful and knowledgeable, giving us lots of different options.He was responsive through email as well.Andres led the team that handled the installation when the day came. He was also very nice and patiently answered all our questions.We had one of our windows cut larger by a different company (long story) and Andres discovered that they’d cut it 3” too large. He made it work. He added some extra framing and it looks great. And they still finished on time.The windows look pretty sweet. We elected not replace one window because it was newer (late 90s?), but now it looks extra crappy next to the awesome new ones! Oops. Maybe next time.

Out of 5 different companies we had come out to quote, these guys were in a different realm. Yulia spent the most time with us out of all. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy. This company was extremely pleasant and thorough. We had them replace 3 bedroom sliders from the 80s. The windows they installed are beautiful inside and outside, and very well built. Ecoline WindowsI responded to an online advertisement from Ecoline windows and doors for new windows and/or doors. In just a matter of minutes, I got a call from them; a date was set for a representative, Ashley, to come and show us what a cross section of the windows looks like, and the styles that are available. Dan and I made our choices. Ashley is very congenial, informative and helpful! She took preliminary measurements for the windows and doors.The original doors were drafty and so was the bedroom window; the living room window was solid…not openable at all. Financing was set up, and she stayed a few minutes for a visit. Not sure of the time frame, but a couple of weeks, or so, later a fellow came out to take more accurate measurements. Fast forward to March 9th and we got busy and cleared out the two rooms for them to work in and also the back door area.The next day, March 10, as previously arranged, 2 young men with truck and trailer pulled up in front of the house about 1130am. They immediately got to work taking the new windows and doors from their trailer and came into the house and started the project, laying down rubber matting and drop cloths. John and Viktor are polite, efficient and diligent workers; they had the 2 windows and 2 doors removed and replaced and everything cleaned up and vacuumed by about 1630-1700.We are so pleased with the quality of workmanship both of the doors and windows and of the installers!!!We now have a living room window that opens as well as draftless doors and bedroom window.Thank you so much!!!

Had my windows, 17 in total, and front door replaced through this company.Hugo, our sales rep, was great! Helped us through the Green House program and answered all my silly questions. He had to come out a couple of times due to changes we made, and he was very professional and accommodating.The installers, I am bad with names I think one was Dimitris, were amazing. They had to come back as the front door did not seal properly. During the whole process they were very clean and did not damage the home, I did have a couple of split wood borders they put back in, but nothing that you could see easily.My only issue was the credit report being pulled through a second credit company. While I had a government grant, they had to use a second company to make sure that everything was paid for. Not only did they pull a report but charged me 149.00 to activate the account.Over all I would recommend this company again. I am already seeing lower heating bills since last winter! Next project, the furnace. :)

I was referred by a few friends to go Ecoline Windows to have my basement bathroom windows replaced. When I called them to get a quote, they were able to send someone out to check out my window quickly. Andres dropped by and showed be some of the available options available. I contacted Andres a few times with questions and he always responded in a timely matter. Once I ordered the window, it took around 12 weeks to arrive. The installation team Dima and Vasyl were extremely hard working, and the entire project was done in a much shorter time than expected. This company is absolutely amazing. The guided us through the whole process with grants and removal of old windows and installation of 18 new triple glazed windows. Alberta is famous for cold weather. Our furnace rarely kicks in now. The street traffic is barely heard as well. The sills are modern and super easy to clean! The installers were courteous and fast. Vitaliy the sales rep was the first person I contacted of the company. He was a gentleman – very courteous, patient and knowledgeable in his work. He explained to me the details of the product of this company and of the installation. He also provided ways to cut the cost down. I just had 7 new windows and a patio and exterior door installed. From the first contact to the final installation , the entire experience was professional and delivered on all expectations. Ecoline installers did such a great job with our doors and windows. The pictures don’t do them justice. Everything looks so good! Very happy with the product. Our sliding doors face south and it used to get so hot in the room. With the triple glazed windows it makes a HUGE difference to the temperature in that area. The installers were very courteous and clean. I would highly recommend Ecoline!

I have used Ecoline in both of my homes. Over 12yrs ago I had a full house install and this month I had our basement done in our new home. Both installations went well and they were done quickly and efficiency. I love their product, it is affordable and my favorite part of their design is that they are easy to clean! They ran into a few challenges but solved them quickly and the outcome was exactly as I expected. Investing in a big project, like replacing the old windows and doors on a house, takes time and patience until you find a person who will instil confidence that you’re making the best decision.And that is what happened when we met with Vitaliy Moroz.We had three more companies that gave us the estimate, but no one gave us that feeling that we are going to invest money into right product for our needs. All the questions we had, were answered.We signed up the contract end of February and the installation date was on June 4th. In 3 months we had windows installed and we cannot be more happy with the look.I had few questions and Vitaliy was just a phone call away to help.Installation was smooth and the guys were respectful towards the property. Inside was all vacuumed and they picked up most of the debris from the lawn.Great job and thank you 😊

The experience of working with Ecoline could not have been any better. I would say from beginning to end, the process seamless. From having our home assessed, reviewing the window and casing options, guiding us through the greener homes application process, (answering many emails of questions), and giving us a very informative showroom tour, Carlos could not have been more professional, patient and informative. Then on the days of installing our many windows and patio door, Mykola and his team were on time, efficient, and most importantly did such an excellent job. The windows came out looking gorgeous and the casings were lines up excellently. His team did a great job cleaning up afterwards and they were able to minimize the foot traffic over our blooming flowers. Great experience with Ecoline Windows from the initial consultation with Yulia, who was able to answer all my questions and provide demonstrations (the cutaway window was great to see). Our experience with eco line was great. We were able to have a consult quite quick (within 2 weeks), the sales woman was thorough from warranty, product, installation process and pricing. We recieved a quote fairly shortly after the meeting was finished. Once we decided to book the saleswoman sent the appropriate paperwork for down payment and the process was started. We expected installation end of November which the time line was met. The only improvement we would have liked is to have a courtesy call they would be late. The installation window was 11am to 1pm and after I called we found out they were a bit behind and wouldn’t be at location until 3. Other than that the whole process to remove 2 windows and install was around 3 hours and we are so far quite happy.

Ecoline Windows was a pleasure to deal with. I did 3 quotes to replace our back door as it was allowing cold air during the winter months and there was frost build up on the hinges it was so bad. Ecoline Windows was by far the best value and the quickest to respond. After the install, last winter no more cold air and freezing hinges. Ultimately I chose to go with Ecoline for two reason. The first were the positive reviews online. The second is that the sales rep, that came to my house, brought samples of the actual windows that I would be purchasing (smaller version). She was extremely knowledgeable, answered all my questions transparently and did not try and force any sort of sale. She was there to let me make up my own mind by showing off what the company could do for me. The communication from the time of the order to the scheduling to the installation was efficient and all done via electronic means so there was no miscommunication. I really appreciated being told up front that my order was going to take some time simply due to the volume the company was experiencing. Ultimately they delivered on time with no surprises. The products themselves are high quality casement windows. The windows that arrived were identical to the sample showed to me (of course much larger). The installer was extremely professional. I watched him the odd time (more curious as to some of the installation techniques). He was extremely methodical about everything from how the windows were secured to how the caulking was applied. I wish all contractors had his level of attention to detail. I think the floor around my windows was cleaner after he left. I would highly recommend, at the very least, running through the consultation process and letting them quote on your job. They will be competitive (if not slightly less expensive) and the quality is spot on. I attached a couple of pics. It is really difficult to showcase windows. They are an up close visual and tactile sort of experience. Ultimately I will call them up when I need to continue to replace windows in this aging house.

Window prices have gone up quite a bit since I last had some installed back in 2019. I reached out the company I used then and was quite shocked when their price had basically doubled. I read good reviews about Ecoline so I had them provide a quote was pretty happy that not only were they a few hundred cheaper per window but their windows were much better quality. The install was done by one guy so it did take all day for two windows and a door, but that’s a minor complaint and I’m pretty happy with the purchase.

We bought a new door from Ecoline. We were told at the estimate appointment how long the door was going to take to manufacture. We ordered the door, it came and was installed within the timeframe it was promised. The installers were professional and courteous. Installed in the winter. The door is very solid, muuuch better than the builder door that was the original.

Although our new back door was installed in mid January ’22 on a -15C day, the Ecoline crew handled the task with impressive efficiency and skill, resulting in only a minimal inconvenience to us during installation. At first I thought we might regret deciding to not include an exterior storm door, but with the new unit proving so solid and well fitting against the optional accompanying weather stripping (in the photo, that’s the dark area visible just below the door), that concern was quickly abated. I especially enjoy having the door’s optional built-in blinds. With the door facing due west under ample open sky, this “option” has proven to be more of an essential, especially during the bright, summer months.

We had quotes from multiple companies but what sealed the deal for us with Ecoline was the partnership with Costco for cash back! Our initial point of contact, Hugo, was so helpful with choosing window styles and was easy to get in touch with for any questions. He didn’t mind coming back a second time to our home to re explain the Government Grant and went over our estimate again. We had 22 windows replaced. The quote process was straight forward and pricing was reasonable. They did the job in 3 days. The installers were professional and the attention to detail was very good. I was especially pleased that the window trim aluminum capping was left in place with new caulking – other window companies said that this would have to be removed and replaced. Cleanup was also good although it would have been nice if the old windows could be taken away at the end of each day rather than all of them at the end of the job. All in all I am very satisfied. Looking forward to -30°C now.

In 2018 I had Ecoline replace 7 windows in my home. In 2021, I had an addition 8 windows plus one front entrance and storm door installed. At both times I was really pleased with their proficiency, professionalism, and friendliness. The installers were thorough, efficient, and tidy. In addition, they were very helpful as I had purchased the wrong door handle for the door, showing me exactly what I needed to buy, and working on other areas while waiting for the replacement handle. When we bought our home we knew the first thing we needed to have done would be our windows. We priced them out with a few different companies and ultimately we felt it was the best company for us. He arranged for my Greener Homes inspection, and made everything very simple. Our windows are wonderful and the house already seems more cozy. The installers were incredible and worked very hard and did a terrific job. They were very thorough and explained all the features of my windows after installation. Would recommend and plan to use them again for the rest of our windows! We had a large front window to be replaced as well as two simple Sliders. They worked efficiently and didn’t cut corners, they also cleaned up after themselves. Was very impressed with the quality of windows and the quality of the installation. Only negative I would have is we ordered the windows end of august and we didn’t get them installed until mid January… then again with COVID a lot of things are taking longer to come in.

We would highly recommend Ecoline Windows for people looking to have new windows installed. The installers were very professional and worked very hard to complete all our windows in one day despite the poor weather. They laid tarps down in all the rooms in order to protect the floors, hauled away all the garbage and cleaned and vacuumed at the end of the day. The windows were well caulked on the outside and we received instructions on how to properly operate all of them. We also feel the price was competitive with other firms. And our windows look wonderful!

I had triple glazed LoE windows installed in my entire home in 2014, an additional window added into a wall in 2019 and then another window added in 2021 between two existing narrower windows. The photos show before and after the new window installation – you can see the larger window between the two smaller existing narrower windows – it had to fit precisely and look like one larger window. It fit perfectly into the new space. Extremely airtight, no condensation – even in the coldest days of winter – and the windows and screens are easy to clean. The installers did a fantastic job, were meticulous and cleaned everything up when they were done. I would highly recommend this company for the quality of product and quality of workmanship.

We had decided to make a big investment in our home by upgrading our windows and we were looking for a company that is reliable, reputable and deliver on their promises. In our research, we came various companies but the reasons we chose Ecoline Edmonton was their in-house manufacturing of windows, their warranty and their installers– being employees of Ecoline. Ecoline does have some great reviews but so did other companies but our experience dealing with the project coordinator Carlos Almeida sold us on their service. He was punctual, polite and knowledgeable about products. He clearly communicated the expectations and follow though on his promises within reasonable time. After signing the contract, our windows were ready to install 3 months after. Our installer Yuri and his assistant were punctual and throughout the installation process were cleaning up as they went. There were few hiccups during the process which was communicated to our PC Carlos and he addressed immediately and the finished product looks amazing. We conducted the final inspection (inside/outside), along with brief operation instructions before the departure of the installer and I must say the surroundings were clean as if they weren’t there. Now, for the windows themselves, we ordered triple pane sliders with vinyl retrofit. And the quality of the windows look durable, neat and well fitted. It has made a huge difference in comfort level throughout the day and night. I am a bit cautiously optimistic as the winter has yet to be passed and will update accordingly. In short, Ecoline product is quality, their prices are reasonable and their service is exceptional. I would highly recommend Ecoline for your windows

I have been waiting almost a month for a simple receipt. I have made 5 phone calls and I’m simply told that my file is in the finance department and that the receipt will be sent tomorrow! We were looking at replacing all of the (original) windows in our bungalow from the mid-60s, but were unsure about whether it would be worth doing both the main floor and the basement. Carlos explained very well about where/ how their products are manufactured. And he BROUGHT a SAMPLE WINDOW. To be able to see, feel and touch the product I am buying instead of just telling me the description is crucial for me. I had other companies come out to give me estimates but none of them brought a sample which I find strange because us customers are spending thousands of dollars and we don’t even get to see what we are getting for our money? Windows were installed in January and were done efficiently. A couple of them required extra work to install but the installers spent the time to do it properly. Once they have been installed I will update my review.Aug.9, 2022: (1 year after install)after the initial install there were gaps and openings around a couple of the windows. The gentlemen that did the install did a poor job. After a couple of phone calls and emails someone did come out to fix the concerns that were noticable.It is now 1 year later and I have found that my dining room window was not fully insulated when installed. Almost like the installers ran out of foam and didn’t care to open a new can. This makes me think that my front door was not properly insulated, which explains why the storm door kept freezing shut during the winter.Aug.26, 2022: Installers from Ecoline came to check all of the windows and door to insure that they were adequately insulated. Thankfully the only issue was the dining room window. It has since been insulated.I understand this may be solely the fault of the installer/employee but still makes me wonder why they have the power to install and inspect their own work if this can be the outcome. Moving forward I truly hope to not have any more issues.

Yulia was very thorough and helped educate myself and my wife on the details of window design and what sets Ecoline apart. Very professional in her explanations and didn’t waste her or my time through the quote. I did feel a bit of sales pressure towards the end however the final price was better than I expected and made it easier to make our decision.
