The scheduling team also went out of their way to accommodate our upcoming holidays by moving our install date forward.The real standout, though, was the installation team. Jack and Alex were absolute pros. Our project involved replacing several windows, including a massive bow window made up of six 7-foot panels. It was an incredibly complex job, and to make things more challenging, our installation was delayed twice due to rain—leaving only a very tight window before we were scheduled to leave town.Despite the setbacks, Jack and Alex worked incredibly long hours to get it done. They were so quiet we could sleep through the work after night shifts, and the end result is flawless. The entire process of replacing 19 windows in our home was very seamless from start to finish with Ecoline.Our project manager Mo Saidi was very helpful in the entire process, he was able to provide us with a quote for the windows the same day he came in for our consultation.He was able to help us with everything along the way and was very communicative during and after the installation.There was a team of 3 guys that did our install, their work ethic shows immensely, as they completed installing all 19 windows in one day. The following day they completed all the finishing work, such as installing the trim, patching and re-painting any stucco that was chipped or damaged from ripping out the old windows, and weather proofing the windows with silicon on the outsides. Thank you to Anatoly and his team for such attention to detail and showing pride in the finished work. They even took all the old windows, and any debris from the construction the night they finished, they even went as far as vacuuming and cleaning the windows afterwards. The only thing we are left to do is the paint work, which is amazing!After the install, there has been a noticable difference in the warmth of our home this summer. Our old windows would heat up our house like crazy during the hot spells, but with the new install we notice that our house is not as warm. We can’t wait to see how they do in the winter.Thank you again to the Ecoline team, we are very happy with our investment in our house and highly recommend Ecoline to others who need this service.

Thank youAlexi for keeping the place clean while you worked and making sure the job was done well.I was surprised that MDF casing was used . I expected PVC or wood .. wish I had known earlier. This is a great company to deal with from consolation to final installation. Dimitry did an thorough job explaining all the window options, low-e coatings, why he’d recommend each on for areas in our home.Fast forward to installation day. Installers were friendly, did a great job on the installation. They were courteous, made sure that they covered any transitions areas to keep the floors clean, and thoroughly cleaned up after they were done. The install was top notch, and other than the paint touch ups for the interior trim nail holes, you’d never known that they did a remove and replace.The installer walked us through the operation of the windows, gave us a visual of all the work they did, and even as they were packing up after completion, came back in for “one final tweak” to one of our double hung windows as he thought it was not gliding as smooth as it should during the demo.When it comes time to replace any additional windows, they will be the first place we call. As a final note, the fact that Costco uses them as an installation partner carries a ton of weight on how they value the quality and workmanship of Ecoline.

Alex and Jack did good quality work. The window is good, easy to clean as you can open in 90 degree for cleaning purposes.Selecting 4 stars because of miss-communication/explanation. When estimator arrived and ask if we wanted PVC casing or MDF we selected PVC. But we didn’t know that the corner connector will be looks as is on the picture, which I don’t like it. Another downside is that right side of casing is not fully covering originated casing and now I had to do repair job. Instead to instal wider casing from the beginning I had 2 options, buying a new ones – wider or doing a repair wall.

I first used ecoline in 2019 to replace 4 larger windows in my home. Sergey Teplyakov took great care of me and ensured I got their best discounts. I called on him again in 2021 to replace a bathroom window and – once again – secured me the best deal. Admittedly, the bathroom window was a tiny bit smaller and I had to fill a small gap between the window and my drywall but in the end it looks great. Both times, he helped ensure that the installation met my expectations. A detail to watch out is the casing style – you’ll want to ensure this matches your existing casing. Ecoline also met our condo design guidelines and correctly matched our exterior colour scheme. I’m glad I took the leap and upgraded my windows with ecoline. Ask for Sergey!

The installers who were experienced and totally professional did an outstanding job removing the old doors and installing the new one. OMG so much about this company I loved!! From the consultation to sales, ease of keeping in touch for questions and some changes we had Vlad was there for us and awesome. On the day of installation they were here on time they had a nice big crew as we had a huge job, they were very professional laid down all kinds of mats so that they wouldn’t get our floors dirty they were very knowledgeable about their job and the work that they needed to do. The cleaning behind their work was Immaculate I can’t say enough about how much they cleaned up after themselves I give five stars to this company the fact that it’s backed by Costco and I feel safe that if anything should ever happen down the road their work will be warrantied. I ‘ve just had our old windows replaced few days ago. The new Ecoline Windows are great! The house looks like a new one…. It is so easy to wash them now with their ‘wide open’ feature.The crew Matt, Nick and Vlad are amazing!! They have replaced 17 windows and the entrance door in 2 days!! They are very professional and know what they’re doing. Our old windows/frames were hard to remove and they had to be very careful with the wooden siding as it was breaking easily due to its age:))). They’ve sealed, fixed and painted all the brakes and scratches on the siding around the windows so our house looks really great outside. They also inform you during the quote and financing process of all the terms, as well as what federal grants + interest free loans you may qualify for.The products are also very high quality. And reasonable prices as well. If purchased with Costco and under federal grant, they clearly show the potential savings to your investment. My project manager Mo Saidi always stayed up to date on the project and kept me well informed. He also offered me a 3 month grace period interest free and no payment for financing, which gave me time to get the funds for the federal loan after the installationI would highly recommend going through Costco and using Ecoline Windows

Starting from requesting a quote online to the installation Ecoline was incredibly easy to work with. We were quoted reasonable rates (for a whole house of windows!) and the staff we interacted with were always pleasant and open to our questions. They were happy to show how the measurements were taken, our options for framing and what would be more energy efficient for the Greener Homes ****** Window production was done pretty quickly and installation was booked for a whole day but only took half a day. We’ve had these windows for about a year now and have really noticed the difference with no moisture inside the home and sound reduction from outside. We loved the process for the windows so much we also got our blinds from them!Both sales representatives for the windows and blinds brought samples, were mindful of our budget, and listened to what we wanted when exploring style options. I highly recommend them if you are looking into window or blind replacement.

We contacted with ecoline windows in November. Windows were replaced on January. Quality of windows is good, it is very warm and quiet in our bedrooms now. Installation was done fast and on time, they cleaned and vacuumed everything after themselves and took the trash with old windows. The only thing that we didn’t like is that there was a small issue with dimensions, so the new windows are approximately 1” smaller than the old ones, which doesn’t make any difference. So, installers added wooden pieces all around. Sealed everything from outside, and inside looking great!

Ecoline replaced 26 windows in our home in December 2023. The initial quote was very competitive, and the lengthy warranty was a definite selling feature. Installation took a bit of time, but the installation was very well done. It took 2.5 days, I’ve noticed no issues, and the windows look nice and reduce the outside sound. The installers were polite, professional, and quick. Cleanup was thorough. Overall a very good experience.

Ecoline Windows was awesome to work with from the beginning estimate to the finished installation. Alex came and discussed window options and was happy to answer all questions! Ecoline was priced fairly and we decided to go ahead. They helped us with the Greener Homes Grant process. The installation process was fast and efficient, they put down sheets and kept the areas clean. After installing the windows they showed me how they worked and how to clean them and I inspected all windows before they left! I am so happy with the windows, they are so nice!!! Had Ecoline in to replace my upstairs windows including double-hung, slider and picture as part of the Canada Greener Home program (8 in total). Minus some minor factory build delays the process from initial visit to install was very fast (The install was completed quickly, in a single afternoon which was great as it was during a cold snap). Have been quite happy with the professionism from all staff involved including those involved with my service request related to two of my double-hung’s not functioning well (They had to replace faulty coils in each which apparently was a result of a bad batch that impacted a few households).So far so good (Have now had installed a year) with the only issue being the coil issue which was obvious when I first started to use the top sliding windows in the spring. The triple pane has provided a definite improvement in temp swings during the summer and winter so am very happy with that.Overall really happy with the product and service.

Really pleased with my windows. I liked how the company was extremely prompt with contacting me after I filled out the contact form on the company website. Then, the advisor was professional, on-time, kind, and didn’t waste my time nor rush me or pressure me to buy anything. I wanted to think about my options first, and he completely respected that. This was not the case with other companies. Ecoline sets the bar for windows in Red Deer for sure. As for installation, it was thoroughly assessed prior to and they did a great job installing the windows after. Oksana at the office scheduled my install and then the team who completed the installation were amazing. Ordering to install was about 10 weeks which was shorter than I had expected.The team arrived on time on the day of the install. Covered all my carpets to avoid any damage from coming in and out. Vacuumed up the area once they were done. I work from home full time and was able to continue working with no interruptions.I’m so happy with my new door! Very happy with the final product and the majority of my experience. The project manager Uriel was excellent to deal with.The windows look very good and were a great deal. I’ve also received multiple compliments about my front door.My only concern was the punctuality of the installers. Out of the 3 times they came by to do installations, they were late by at least a couple of hours each time. On the first day, they were supposed to be by in the morning, and didn’t show up until after 3. Another time, they said they were going to be by at 11am, and at 4pm, I got a text saying that they couldn’t come that day. They were great when they were here and did excellent work, but that lack of punctuality is unacceptable. I would have given 5 stars otherwise.

Did not realize how bad the old sliding doors were, plus the new sliding doors have tempered glass We have had our first snow and I have already noticed the difference. I just had Ecoline Windows out to quote window replacement as we have experienced water damage and leaking since the purchase in 2021 of a 10-year old home. This was a free in-home estimate which was easy to book, and I received reminders leading up to my appointment. Project Manager (Uriel) was very knowledgeable and explained thoroughly my options and was able to answer all my questions. There was something that caught his eye which made him check the exterior casing and he was able to immediately determine my issue is almost certainly a step missed during the build process, and does not require window replacement. Because of Uriel’s knowledge and honesty, I have likely been saved thousands of dollars. I felt in necessary to leave a review to commend this company on their honesty and expertise. It was my second time using Ecoline Windows. Everything went pretty well – the installation team were great and our house can be a bit difficult (it’s 110 years old so there are always fun surprises – like this time they had to basically rebuild the whole door frame which I’m sure was a pain and they didn’t plan on it). Sales and installation teams were both really pleasant and helpful. The only things I didn’t love were that we asked for a door handle but not a lock from the salesperson but the message got misunderstood and the installers thought we were providing both (but I did just go to Home Depot with them to pick up the lock and handle!) and then I didn’t like that I had to pay the whole balance before they would start. Seems like you should be able to hold back some of it at least and pay once the job is done.

Fittings are very good with metal parts instead of cheap plastic. My room was quite loud before, this was the main reason for an upgrade, it def exceeded all of my expectations. The soundproofing is perfect it is very cozy room now. Also this was the only company who offered this width of opening. Ecoline replaced 12 windows in our home. We are happy with our purchase and believe we received good value for our money.From start to finish, Ecoline looked after us. Their website is very informative and one of the best out there. Vlad C took care of us during the sales process and he was excellent, patiently answering all of our questions.Our installation(s) went relatively well. We did have some minor issues that needed to be corrected and these were dealt with quickly and efficiently by Raffaele in customer service.We initially ordered 9 windows from Ecoline and liked them enough to order 3 more. The triple panes made a noticeable difference and these windows are eligible for the Greener Homes Grant ($250 / window). The only surprise we had is these windows can have a grey hue to them when the bright sun hits them on an angle. From looking on-line, this is a common issue with triple pane windows and low e coatings (light reflects off coating). It is not unique to Ecoline and only happens during certain lighting conditions. Not a deal breaker for us, but something to be aware of when selecting glass coatings.Our windows function well and appear to be well made. So far, so good!!Thanks Ecoline!

2021 -Ecoline did a fantastic job from day 1 of calling! My husband and I have had some rather negative experiences with other window companies, so it was a huge relief working with Ecoline. We easily got in contact with Ecoline to set up a quote, which was done within days of the first call. Alex Havkin, project manager, came in and seemed to really know his stuff and could answer all our questions. We felt no sales pressure and were given lots of details and shown photos of similar projects before and after. Once we had made a decision on a later day we easily got in contact with Alex and everything was set up super fast and without any confusion or hassle. Ecoline has the best guarantees and really seems to stand by what they say they will deliver, and when. They were actually able to install our windows before the date they assured us they would have them in by, which was a big deal for us.Our windows were installed by Nik, his son Shawn and Chris. Nik did a phenomenal job of running his crew and making sure we knew what was going on and that we were happy with how the windows looked every step of the way. He made sure we were comfortable with himself and his workers and was easy to talk to and ask questions. All three seemed to be super hard workers as they finished a big job in one day (8 large windows), which according to the company usually takes two! Nik went above and beyond in making our house look pristine after; painting stucco after touching it up, perfecting trimming, and ensuring we were happy with the end result and had no unanswered questions. Highly recommend Ecoline and especially Nik and crew for install.Update 2022/05 We had Ecoline (Nik’s crew again) install four more windows, finally completing the replacement of all of our windows! Just had 6 windows in our home removed and new ones installed by Nikolay and Dimitri. They were incredibly courteous and communicative upon arrival, and wasted no time in getting started. Throughout the process they kept in touch with issues that arose (mostly due to the age of our home) including moisture trapped in drywall and rotten wood. In both cases, they dealt with the issues for us expertly and helped ease our minds. The speed at which they carried out the removal and install was pleasantly surprising. They also cleaned up afterwards which was particularly appreciated by us due to having our baby in the house at the time. Very happy with the service so far. I checked Ecoline Windows initially because of the Greener Home project and the option of getting a rebate. Alexander was very patient and helpful with the quote he gave me, answering all my questions and explaining everything. I changed the plan a few times and he made sure I got the best deal with every adjustment I wanted to make. I ended up changing all the windows in our house, as well as two doors. Max and Matt did a great job with the installation. They installed 16(!) windows in about 8 hours on the first day. On the next day the did the doors and one last window, as well as the finishing work on the outside. The installed windows are clean and clear, I don’t need to worry about washing them anytime soon. My contract didn’t include framing on the inside which probably saved some time, but still, the installation went much faster than I ever expected! The entire time they were professional, cheerful and friendly. They cleaned up all the dust and debris and when the job was done, removed all the big garbage in under 30 minutes. Extra points for efficiency! Great service and great attitude 👍

We used Ecoline Windows to replace all of the original 18 windows in our 1982-built home. Representative: Vlad Butko was the face of the company for us from start to finish and we were very pleased with his service! Here are some of the highlights:- Received a professional and detailed quote on day one of meeting Vlad. He had some great recommendations for us that we ended up going with.- We added a condition to the contract that all existing blinds must fit the new windows and they did a perfect job with that.- We had received other quotes from window companies but Ecoline was very fair with their pricing. Also, Vlad provided us with details about the government of Canada new windows grant that the other companies didn’t. This alone saved us $4,500.- Their supply chain is more efficient so we received the windows a couple of months faster compared to what other companies were telling us.- The inside and outside look great! The biggest difference we immediately noticed was how crystal clear the view was looking outside lol. We underestimated how dull our old windows had become.- There were 2 minor follow-up items that Ecoline had to come back for to finish (including a new window that arrived broken) and they did as promised. Vlad was also exceptional with his communication with us here.I strongly recommend Ecoline to anyone looking for new windows and be sure to ask for Vlad who was an all-star for us!

Very impressed with Ecoline Windows from booking to ordering to install to enjoying the finished product! I requested quotes from 6 different companies in Calgary to provide me windows to meet the Canada Greener Home Energy Program specifications, and this was 1 of 2 companies who could deliver, so that I received the maximum rebate eligible per window. The Ecoline total price was the middle of the quotes, yet I get my rebates, and this brings me below the quote of a competitor. Professionalism all around–Alexander H. was courteous, honest and very professional in the assessment. The booking of appointments was quickly done by office staff. Addressing questions as to when the install may occur was thorough and they were patient with my questions. The installers, Alexei and Slava were very courteous and polite, worked hard to install and get the job done on time, tidying and cleaning debris into piles, sweeping and vacuuming as they left a room. Time of booking to installation was about 4 months. Competition in the marketplace is good, but why waste your time when Ecoline delivered on all aspects?

I had my windows done today by Sharkey, Andrew, and Eugene. The company contacted me to let me know last week that my sliding patio door would not be ready, but would I like to get the windows in while the weather was nice. I opted to have the windows done, and was charged accordingly, with the balance due for the door when that arrives and is installed.I was given a 9-11am arrival window. They were here about 9:30am, and are in the process of cleaning up now, at 2:30pm. I had 7 windows done today. They look great. The gentlemen were very friendly and competent. My house is a 1990 Stucco house, and of course some of the stucco was damaged when removing the old windows. This wasn’t unexpected, and the gentlemen patched the stucco accordingly, before sealing with Silicone.The final price came in lower than I’d expected before getting the quote, and the warranty appears to be excellent. The windows themselves look great, and slide very easily, compared to my old 30 year old ones.Would use this company again, and recommend to others.

We went through Ecoline for a new front door. Igor came to our home to help walk us through the products, the options they had, what would happen during installation. He was very knowledgeable, very patient and kind. We ordered at the beginning of March 2021. The installation date was June 1. The installers were great! Unfortunately the door was installed incorrectly. It opened on the opposite side. I had to contact the service department to advise what had happened. They were great, gave me the information I needed to provide them with. It had originally sounded like they would need to manufacture a door. In August, the installer came back and corrected the the door install. They ended up flipping the door around.Took a long time but I’m completely satisfied and the door looks great!

Just had my Ecoline Windows installed. Could not be happier with the finished product. They are a huge improvement over our old Windows. Vlad was great to deal with on the initial sale and made sure our Windows were exactly what we wanted and did not oversell, but presented all the options. We felt comfortable with the order and the quality of the product. Matt and Hacop installed the windows and did a fantastic job making sure we were aware of the best options. Ecoline windows provided a very competitive price for an excellent product. The installers were amazing, on time, fast, productive clean and courteous. I would recommend them. I would give five stars if the company did a normal deposit of 20% on order and 50% of balance on arrival of goods and then full payment on job completion. They were asking for the entire bill to be paid up front on arrival of goods. We had to argue with them a bit to get the security we needed with the 50% hold back until job completion. I get it, maybe they have been burned before but we do not work that way. All worked out fine they are paid in full and we have new windows! Thanks Ecoline!

Shane and crew were awesome. They were very professional and efficient. Great care was taken with all steps. I work from home and they worked quickly and quietly as possible. Put up with my 40+ year old patio door for three years. So happy it finally got replaced today. Really excited to have a door with energy efficient glass, sliding screen, and a kick lock (no longer have to use a stick at the bottom like the old door). From quote to installation, the Ecoline Team has been a pleasure to deal with. I unexpectedly needed the door early and they went out of their way to coordinate production and install the door AHEAD of schedule. Really impressed by the workmanship and clean up by Andrei and Sergei!! There was a slit in the screen from transportation but the Job Supervisor was on top of it and already submitted a repair request before I noticed. Thank you very much Ecoline for providing affordable quality products. Will definitely keep Ecoline in mind for future door and window replacement projects.

Update: Mar 2021,New windows installed Dec 2020 and so far all is working very well. Less noise and much better insulation provided. We really put the windows to the test during a cold snap in February. We had to call back a technician (Dmitri) to adjust some frame foam insulation but otherwise extremely happy with the product and service———————————————————————————–So far their consultation and measurement teams have been great to work with. Alex and his assistant/trainee Ori went over all of our options for the quoted work and were very informative about the whole process of the window replacement (we are getting 15 done total). Even had some demo units to show the hardware, inner workings and insulation from a cross section. The fact they make their own windows as well provides a peace of mind and should alleviate any issues down the road should we have any. We were so impressed we booked their service on the spot! A week later Victor came and did all the measurements to confirm for the installing crew. We can’t wait to get the project started and we are confident they will maintain this 5 star rating even after the window replacements are completed. Had drafty dusty frosty 20+ year old windows in the back of our home. Installed three new Ecoline windows and what a difference this past winter. Attached is a picture of our new kitchen window – with the wide open design we now have a great unobstructed view of our backyard.We had installed Ecoline windows at our previous home and were very satisfied with them there. They were a natural choice and price was comparable to others.Sales agent was friendly and pricing process was efficient. With the renovation business extremely busy installation was delayed a month or more but they were well worth the wait. They were installed in October just in time for winter. Removal and hauling away the old windows went well. The new windows fit like a great pair of gloves, they all slipped in perfectly even though the kitchen window was very heavy. Reinstalling the interior window casings took some adjusting as they had to be installed exactly where removed to ensure the sill was even.After service for a few paint touch ups took sometime too but the end result is awesome. We’ve been so pleased we’re using Ecoline to replace our front windows this spring.

Well so far so good! The gentleman were punctual this morning and were good and effective at removing two of our basement windows and installing two new ones in a very timely manner. The windows are extraordinary and are vey sharp looking. The men cleaned up nicely and left no mess behind and really concentrated on the task at hand while they were here. It’s not often that one finds a company in Calgary that works so efficiently and provides such a great service at a reasonable cost. Our close friends and neighbors have their windows and are very happy with the result, they have recommended, which is very important2. The consultant Alex was very professional, knowledgeable, honest and(opposite of pushy). It was a nice change. He explained how their windows are made, stored, etc, Showed us a government website showing the energy efficiency ratings. His calculations were fast and precise3. Their warranty program and price. Especially the fact that in case of any warranty issues they’ll come and do the work, not just give us the materials .I would definitely recommend Ecoline to any of my friends and family. We just recently had windows and doors replace. We had many quotes but chose Ecoline because they were a little less expensive, Canadian made and if there are issues they come out and fix them. The repairs are not contracted to a third party. Alex came out to do the quote and was very professional. He brought the brochure with all the products and we made out choices. When it came time for installation the crew that came to the house was fantastic. They made sure they put down drop cloths to protect the floors and cleaned up when they were done. They were funny and we had a few laughs. The installation only took 1 day and they even showed us how to remove and replace the screens. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is the customer service. I called on many occasions to be told that I was next in line for a representative and was placed on hold for 15 to 20 minutes then told that I had to leave a message. When we were able to talk to someone they were not able to give us any information. The installation should have been end of September. Customer service had no answers for us and we ended up contacting Alex to find out what was going on. He managed to get the answers for us and about 2 weeks later installation took place. I would definitely recommend Ecoline to any of my friends and family.

This is the second time we’ve used Ecoline to do an installation. The first time was windows, this time it was an entry door with a side light. The estimation process was quick and painless. The reason I’m giving 4 stars rather than 5 is because of a delay in the installation. This was not all their fault. The Novel Corona situation has caused delays for other services. It would have been nice if the installation schedular would have been a bit more proactive in contacting us rather than requiring us to call them.Regardless, the installation was done on a day when there was a light snowfall going on. The installers were on time and did an excellent job. There were a few issues they ran into once the old entry way was removed, but they handled it with professionalism and stayed until the job was completed (about 7:00pm).Pricing seems on par with other first-rate companies in Calgary. Because this was the second job they did for us, we got a repeat customer discount. We have some more windows that will need to be replaced and we will be going back to them for the additional work.Highly recommended.

He came fully prepared for COVID – mask and everything – which was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable – he listened to what I was looking for in windows, walked me through the options, and explained pros and cons, warranties, installation procedures, etc. Very helpful – I’m a new home owner and have an older home. I was also sent an item-by-item quote, and given plenty of time to finish meeting other window companies (no pressure). Absolutely the best price – with referral bonuses to boot.

Your windows are your view to the world … and to the weather (more important). But they’re a big financial and installation decision. Take care how you decide, because there are many windows suppliers: some just sell other’s windows and tack on a profit for themselves, some make manufacture and sell their own. Having many suppliers (competition) allows you, the buyer, to compare price and quality. If you have science or technology expertise, you can delve deeper into the window superiority, and even the installation quality. The buyer should understand the window project: maybe you only need the glass replaced, not the entire window. Anyways, depending on how much work you need done, spend some time delving into the topic.I was planning the whole panorama, all 10 windows in my house (we’re talking big bucks). I did my homework and selected Ecoline Windows. Why? Several considerations: Their product is high quality. The salesman (Vlad B.) made several convincing presentations with models and was knowledgeable, devoted, trustworthy, and the price was competitive. I know this because I obtained 5 comparative quotes and conversed with these sales persons. I would not pleasantly discover until later that the installation team (Ivan & Vlad S.) was skilled, expeditious (2 days’ labour), clean, polite and generous (giving more than was expected from them). Finally, quality control (Polina) kept calling how the work was progressing; you can whisper problems (which for me failed to materialize) to her in case you have somehow gotten yourself in a tizzy.I recommend and endorse Ecoline for these reasons. There’s much helpful information and awards on their website. Be cool and warm behind your new home windows.

They had a tough time working around stucco that was improperly installed around my windows but finished it off nicely. Our windows were installed quickly and professionally by Mike & Derek of EcoLine windows. They were polite, friendly and did a great job cleaning up after the install. The new windows are a significant improvement on our old windows, slide easily and without issue and will be much easier to clean.Due to the pandemic, there was a delay having the product manufactured and installed during which there was little communication and I had to follow-up a few times, but very satisfied with the final product and install results. Our install team did noticed and let us know about a snag in one of the new screens and looked after reporting this up to EcoLine for us. Although we are still waiting for the screen repair / replacement, EcoLine did call today to book the appointment to finish the repair next Friday.

The price they gave me was excellent with ease of financing, the installation began two days ago by the LEO’S Team, really this team of people was excellent, they always followed the COVID protocols, they never put my family or them at risk. Our house is warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer. We chose this company because they were able to replace the basement windows completely instead of only doing a retro fit and they also have a computer program to let you see what your house will look like before you start. It helped us decide to chose a different door then what we had originally picked. The sales manager was pleasant and knowledgeable. I can’t wait to see how our energy bill decreases in the winter. We went to the Vancouver Fall Home Show to get quotes and learn about new window installations and were constantly warned about how the BC Rebates were unreasonable for triple pane windows and would be more expensive than double pane. But, when we found Ecoline through Costco, not only would we be able to get triple pane windows with the rebates, they would also be cheaper!
