Very happy with the final product and the majority of my experience. The project manager Uriel was excellent to deal with.The windows look very good and were a great deal. I’ve also received multiple compliments about my front door.My only concern was the punctuality of the installers. Out of the 3 times they came by to do installations, they were late by at least a couple of hours each time. On the first day, they were supposed to be by in the morning, and didn’t show up until after 3. Another time, they said they were going to be by at 11am, and at 4pm, I got a text saying that they couldn’t come that day. They were great when they were here and did excellent work, but that lack of punctuality is unacceptable. I would have given 5 stars otherwise.

Had all of our windows and sliding doors replaced by Ecoline, with triple pane. I was very impressed with the salesman (he came back a few times to insure we got the right opening directions) and installers they were very professional and left the area cleaner than when they arrived. Did not realize how bad the old sliding doors were, plus the new sliding doors have tempered glass We have had our first snow and I have already noticed the difference. Windows made in Canada for Canadian weather.

I had some misgivings when the contract required full payment before installation but this was unfounded. The installers arrived on time ,were very amenable, worked very efficiently and quickly and did an excellent job. The windows look great and I was totally happy with the outcome. I will require other replacements in the future and Ecoline is at the top of my list for supplier/ installers .

I just had Ecoline Windows out to quote window replacement as we have experienced water damage and leaking since the purchase in 2021 of a 10-year old home. This was a free in-home estimate which was easy to book, and I received reminders leading up to my appointment. Project Manager (Uriel) was very knowledgeable and explained thoroughly my options and was able to answer all my questions. There was something that caught his eye which made him check the exterior casing and he was able to immediately determine my issue is almost certainly a step missed during the build process, and does not require window replacement. Because of Uriel’s knowledge and honesty, I have likely been saved thousands of dollars. I felt in necessary to leave a review to commend this company on their honesty and expertise. If I need any assistance with windows in the future Ecoline will be who I call without a doubt. Thank you Uriel!

I’m very pleased with our new windows from Ecoline. We had our consultation with Tony who explained all the options and help to choose windows, he was very knowledgable and informative, great communication from start to the end.Installation was completed 3 weeks ago by Matt and his crew, who did great job, Matt was professional, didn’t rush and made clean job, he took his time to go over all the windows and explained how to take care of it. It was my second time using Ecoline Windows. Everything went pretty well – the installation team were great and our house can be a bit difficult (it’s 110 years old so there are always fun surprises – like this time they had to basically rebuild the whole door frame which I’m sure was a pain and they didn’t plan on it). Sales and installation teams were both really pleasant and helpful. The only things I didn’t love were that we asked for a door handle but not a lock from the salesperson but the message got misunderstood and the installers thought we were providing both (but I did just go to Home Depot with them to pick up the lock and handle!) and then I didn’t like that I had to pay the whole balance before they would start. Seems like you should be able to hold back some of it at least and pay once the job is done.

I would give this guy a 5 star for doing a great job on my windows and door project. The salesman, Mo Saidi is very diligent , knowledgeable on his job, very patience guiding and helping me to understand all the details of this house project, which make me decide to get my windows from Ecoline. Customer service is awesome and excellent. During the installation, the crew are very professional and respectful. Anton and Eric and crews did a great job installing all the 14 windows in a day. They are very fast and very sure of what they are doing. Installation turn out great and superb. I’m Greatful to have Ecoline and this guys ( Mo, Eric, Anton & Crew )did my window and door project.Thank Slava and Dennis for installing my doir today. We are very happy with our new windows installed by Stage/Ecoline using our Costco membership. The consultant Dmitry was very thorough and communication has been excellent. The install was sooner than we expected and the team that came to our house was outstanding; they were professional and comprehensive it getting the windows installed and cleaned up completely as they progressed. I would highly recommend this service and of Costco rebate is also a nice benefit too.

Def 5 stars +. Great company. Best windows I have been getting so far, the quality is top notch in all aspects. Every single piece is expensive and solid. Fittings are very good with metal parts instead of cheap plastic. My room was quite loud before, this was the main reason for an upgrade, it def exceeded all of my expectations. The soundproofing is perfect it is very cozy room now. Also this was the only company who offered this width of opening. Appreciate the help of Vlad Butko, he helped me with all the aspects, and I received very detailed consultation. Would absolutely recommend to anybody who is seeking for good quality product.

Ecoline replaced 12 windows in our home. We are happy with our purchase and believe we received good value for our money.From start to finish, Ecoline looked after us. Their website is very informative and one of the best out there. Vlad C took care of us during the sales process and he was excellent, patiently answering all of our questions.Our installation(s) went relatively well. We did have some minor issues that needed to be corrected and these were dealt with quickly and efficiently by Raffaele in customer service.We initially ordered 9 windows from Ecoline and liked them enough to order 3 more. The triple panes made a noticeable difference and these windows are eligible for the Greener Homes Grant ($250 / window). The only surprise we had is these windows can have a grey hue to them when the bright sun hits them on an angle. From looking on-line, this is a common issue with triple pane windows and low e coatings (light reflects off coating). It is not unique to Ecoline and only happens during certain lighting conditions. Not a deal breaker for us, but something to be aware of when selecting glass coatings.Our windows function well and appear to be well made. So far, so good!!Thanks Ecoline!

Ecoline was a pleasure to deal with from the minute we got the quote. They were great with communication when we placed the order, giving us an update when requested on the status of the order. The installers were great and friendly. They pay really good attention to detail and were able to preserve our existing moulds around the back door. They were clean and didn’t rush the job. When they arrived, they were given a challenge the way the builder had installed the previous door but were able to overcome obstacles on the day of install. 2021 -Ecoline did a fantastic job from day 1 of calling! My husband and I have had some rather negative experiences with other window companies, so it was a huge relief working with Ecoline. We easily got in contact with Ecoline to set up a quote, which was done within days of the first call. Alex Havkin, project manager, came in and seemed to really know his stuff and could answer all our questions. We felt no sales pressure and were given lots of details and shown photos of similar projects before and after. Once we had made a decision on a later day we easily got in contact with Alex and everything was set up super fast and without any confusion or hassle. Ecoline has the best guarantees and really seems to stand by what they say they will deliver, and when. They were actually able to install our windows before the date they assured us they would have them in by, which was a big deal for us.Our windows were installed by Nik, his son Shawn and Chris. Nik did a phenomenal job of running his crew and making sure we knew what was going on and that we were happy with how the windows looked every step of the way. He made sure we were comfortable with himself and his workers and was easy to talk to and ask questions. All three seemed to be super hard workers as they finished a big job in one day (8 large windows), which according to the company usually takes two! Nik went above and beyond in making our house look pristine after; painting stucco after touching it up, perfecting trimming, and ensuring we were happy with the end result and had no unanswered questions. Highly recommend Ecoline and especially Nik and crew for install.Update 2022/05 We had Ecoline (Nik’s crew again) install four more windows, finally completing the replacement of all of our windows! They still do a great job! We cannot recommend them enough. If you’re having windows replaced get it done right the first time by Ecoline.

Just had 6 windows in our home removed and new ones installed by Nikolay and Dimitri. They were incredibly courteous and communicative upon arrival, and wasted no time in getting started. Throughout the process they kept in touch with issues that arose (mostly due to the age of our home) including moisture trapped in drywall and rotten wood. In both cases, they dealt with the issues for us expertly and helped ease our minds. The speed at which they carried out the removal and install was pleasantly surprising. They also cleaned up afterwards which was particularly appreciated by us due to having our baby in the house at the time. The windows look and operate fantastic, and the materials and insulation used were quality. We cannot be happier to have had these two install our windows and would recommend (and request) their services a hundred fold.

I was in the market for new windows and had about 4 quotes to mull over. Matt and his crew performed a very professional installation quickly and carefully. During the installation work, no damage was caused to existing finishes and great attention to detail was paid to the appearance of the installed windows. Matt left clean windows and surroundings and tidied up as he went from room to room. He also gave good advice on window care and operation. Very happy with the service so far. I checked Ecoline Windows initially because of the Greener Home project and the option of getting a rebate. Alexander was very patient and helpful with the quote he gave me, answering all my questions and explaining everything. I changed the plan a few times and he made sure I got the best deal with every adjustment I wanted to make. I ended up changing all the windows in our house, as well as two doors. Max and Matt did a great job with the installation. They installed 16(!) windows in about 8 hours on the first day. On the next day the did the doors and one last window, as well as the finishing work on the outside. The installed windows are clean and clear, I don’t need to worry about washing them anytime soon. My contract didn’t include framing on the inside which probably saved some time, but still, the installation went much faster than I ever expected! The entire time they were professional, cheerful and friendly. They cleaned up all the dust and debris and when the job was done, removed all the big garbage in under 30 minutes. Extra points for efficiency! Great service and great attitude 👍

Here are some of the highlights:- Received a professional and detailed quote on day one of meeting Vlad. He had some great recommendations for us that we ended up going with.- We added a condition to the contract that all existing blinds must fit the new windows and they did a perfect job with that.- We had received other quotes from window companies but Ecoline was very fair with their pricing. Also, Vlad provided us with details about the government of Canada new windows grant that the other companies didn’t. This alone saved us $4,500.- Their supply chain is more efficient so we received the windows a couple of months faster compared to what other companies were telling us.- The inside and outside look great! The biggest difference we immediately noticed was how crystal clear the view was looking outside lol. We underestimated how dull our old windows had become.- There were 2 minor follow-up items that Ecoline had to come back for to finish (including a new window that arrived broken) and they did as promised. Vlad was also exceptional with his communication with us here.I strongly recommend Ecoline to anyone looking for new windows and be sure to ask for Vlad who was an all-star for us!

Very impressed with Ecoline Windows from booking to ordering to install to enjoying the finished product! I requested quotes from 6 different companies in Calgary to provide me windows to meet the Canada Greener Home Energy Program specifications, and this was 1 of 2 companies who could deliver, so that I received the maximum rebate eligible per window. The Ecoline total price was the middle of the quotes, yet I get my rebates, and this brings me below the quote of a competitor. Professionalism all around–Alexander H. was courteous, honest and very professional in the assessment. The booking of appointments was quickly done by office staff. Addressing questions as to when the install may occur was thorough and they were patient with my questions. The installers, Alexei and Slava were very courteous and polite, worked hard to install and get the job done on time, tidying and cleaning debris into piles, sweeping and vacuuming as they left a room. Time of booking to installation was about 4 months. Competition in the marketplace is good, but why waste your time when Ecoline delivered on all aspects?

The representative was very helpful and informative, not only about the window installation but also on the procedure to claim the Grant. The installer did an overall good job, neat and sturdy. I had my windows done today by Sharkey, Andrew, and Eugene. The company contacted me to let me know last week that my sliding patio door would not be ready, but would I like to get the windows in while the weather was nice. I opted to have the windows done, and was charged accordingly, with the balance due for the door when that arrives and is installed.I was given a 9-11am arrival window. They were here about 9:30am, and are in the process of cleaning up now, at 2:30pm. I had 7 windows done today. They look great. The gentlemen were very friendly and competent. My house is a 1990 Stucco house, and of course some of the stucco was damaged when removing the old windows. This wasn’t unexpected, and the gentlemen patched the stucco accordingly, before sealing with Silicone.The final price came in lower than I’d expected before getting the quote, and the warranty appears to be excellent. The windows themselves look great, and slide very easily, compared to my old 30 year old ones.Would use this company again, and recommend to others.

We went through Ecoline for a new front door. Igor came to our home to help walk us through the products, the options they had, what would happen during installation. He was very knowledgeable, very patient and kind. We ordered at the beginning of March 2021. The installation date was June 1. The installers were great! Unfortunately the door was installed incorrectly. It opened on the opposite side. I had to contact the service department to advise what had happened. They were great, gave me the information I needed to provide them with. It had originally sounded like they would need to manufacture a door. In August, the installer came back and corrected the the door install. They ended up flipping the door around.Took a long time but I’m completely satisfied and the door looks great!

Just had my Ecoline Windows installed. Could not be happier with the finished product. They are a huge improvement over our old Windows. Vlad was great to deal with on the initial sale and made sure our Windows were exactly what we wanted and did not oversell, but presented all the options. We felt comfortable with the order and the quality of the product. Matt and Hacop installed the windows and did a fantastic job making sure we were aware of the best options. They were quick and tidy. Even made sure any small damage to our stucco was patched and unnoticeable. Would not hesitate to use Ecoline Windows again for next window purchase.

From the beginning of our contact with Alex and his team working with Ecoline to get our windows replaced has been a positive and hassle free experience.Having a newborn at home and getting new windows installed, during a pandemic, was an adventure.The sales representative was unobtrusive, informative, knowledgeable, respectful, and polite. He never pushed us, and made sure we got exactly what we needed at a good price, and they helped steer us in the right direction with the government rebate program!When the Alex’s crew showed up they worked efficiently, cleanly and safely. The entire crew was respectful of our home, our request to take precautions for our infant, and ourselves. We were surprised when extra crew showed up at the end of the day to power through the last three windows.They came back in full force the next day to finish the trim, and complete the job. Ecoline windows provided a very competitive price for an excellent product. The installers were amazing, on time, fast, productive clean and courteous. I would recommend them. I would give five stars if the company did a normal deposit of 20% on order and 50% of balance on arrival of goods and then full payment on job completion. They were asking for the entire bill to be paid up front on arrival of goods. We had to argue with them a bit to get the security we needed with the 50% hold back until job completion. I get it, maybe they have been burned before but we do not work that way. All worked out fine they are paid in full and we have new windows! Thanks Ecoline!

Put up with my 40+ year old patio door for three years. So happy it finally got replaced today. Really excited to have a door with energy efficient glass, sliding screen, and a kick lock (no longer have to use a stick at the bottom like the old door). From quote to installation, the Ecoline Team has been a pleasure to deal with. I unexpectedly needed the door early and they went out of their way to coordinate production and install the door AHEAD of schedule. Really impressed by the workmanship and clean up by Andrei and Sergei!! There was a slit in the screen from transportation but the Job Supervisor was on top of it and already submitted a repair request before I noticed. Thank you very much Ecoline for providing affordable quality products. Will definitely keep Ecoline in mind for future door and window replacement projects.

We needed to replace windows in our home and had requested quotes from various window companies. Update: Mar 2021,New windows installed Dec 2020 and so far all is working very well. Less noise and much better insulation provided. We really put the windows to the test during a cold snap in February. We had to call back a technician (Dmitri) to adjust some frame foam insulation but otherwise extremely happy with the product and service———————————————————————————–So far their consultation and measurement teams have been great to work with. Alex and his assistant/trainee Ori went over all of our options for the quoted work and were very informative about the whole process of the window replacement (we are getting 15 done total). Even had some demo units to show the hardware, inner workings and insulation from a cross section. The fact they make their own windows as well provides a peace of mind and should alleviate any issues down the road should we have any. We were so impressed we booked their service on the spot! A week later Victor came and did all the measurements to confirm for the installing crew. We can’t wait to get the project started and we are confident they will maintain this 5 star rating even after the window replacements are completed. ( review to be updated upon completion of install)How long did most people have to wait for installation to actually begin? Just curious as we signed our contract early August 2020 and still no ETA on when they are going to start? All I get is Nov/Dec?

Had drafty dusty frosty 20+ year old windows in the back of our home. Installed three new Ecoline windows and what a difference this past winter. Attached is a picture of our new kitchen window – with the wide open design we now have a great unobstructed view of our backyard.We had installed Ecoline windows at our previous home and were very satisfied with them there. They were a natural choice and price was comparable to others.Sales agent was friendly and pricing process was efficient. With the renovation business extremely busy installation was delayed a month or more but they were well worth the wait. They were installed in October just in time for winter. Removal and hauling away the old windows went well. The new windows fit like a great pair of gloves, they all slipped in perfectly even though the kitchen window was very heavy. Reinstalling the interior window casings took some adjusting as they had to be installed exactly where removed to ensure the sill was even.After service for a few paint touch ups took sometime too but the end result is awesome. We’ve been so pleased we’re using Ecoline to replace our front windows this spring.

Well so far so good! The gentleman were punctual this morning and were good and effective at removing two of our basement windows and installing two new ones in a very timely manner. The windows are extraordinary and are vey sharp looking. The men cleaned up nicely and left no mess behind and really concentrated on the task at hand while they were here. It’s not often that one finds a company in Calgary that works so efficiently and provides such a great service at a reasonable cost. My husband and I had one window replaced and two new ones added to the darkest rooms in our house. We were impressed with the work of the Ecoline crew. Amazing experience with this company! The consultation was simple, straightforward and a breeze. Joel did a wonderful job explaining everything. As well their team established great communication through emails of any questions, paper work, updates on the project and the timeline for the installation. We had multiple quotes on the window and doors replacement, but decided to go with Ecoline for the following reasons:1. Our close friends and neighbors have their windows and are very happy with the result, they have recommended, which is very important2. The consultant Alex was very professional, knowledgeable, honest and(opposite of pushy). It was a nice change. He explained how their windows are made, stored, etc, Showed us a government website showing the energy efficiency ratings. His calculations were fast and precise3. Their warranty program and price. Especially the fact that in case of any warranty issues they’ll come and do the work, not just give us the materials .I would definitely recommend Ecoline to any of my friends and family. We just recently had windows and doors replace. We had many quotes but chose Ecoline because they were a little less expensive, Canadian made and if there are issues they come out and fix them. The repairs are not contracted to a third party. Alex came out to do the quote and was very professional. He brought the brochure with all the products and we made out choices. When it came time for installation the crew that came to the house was fantastic. They made sure they put down drop cloths to protect the floors and cleaned up when they were done. They were funny and we had a few laughs. The installation only took 1 day and they even showed us how to remove and replace the screens. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is the customer service. I called on many occasions to be told that I was next in line for a representative and was placed on hold for 15 to 20 minutes then told that I had to leave a message. When we were able to talk to someone they were not able to give us any information. The installation should have been end of September. Customer service had no answers for us and we ended up contacting Alex to find out what was going on. He managed to get the answers for us and about 2 weeks later installation took place. I would definitely recommend Ecoline to any of my friends and family.

This is the second time we’ve used Ecoline to do an installation. The first time was windows, this time it was an entry door with a side light. The estimation process was quick and painless. The reason I’m giving 4 stars rather than 5 is because of a delay in the installation. This was not all their fault. The Novel Corona situation has caused delays for other services. It would have been nice if the installation schedular would have been a bit more proactive in contacting us rather than requiring us to call them.Regardless, the installation was done on a day when there was a light snowfall going on. The installers were on time and did an excellent job. There were a few issues they ran into once the old entry way was removed, but they handled it with professionalism and stayed until the job was completed (about 7:00pm).Pricing seems on par with other first-rate companies in Calgary. Because this was the second job they did for us, we got a repeat customer discount. We have some more windows that will need to be replaced and we will be going back to them for the additional work.Highly recommended.

This is only a review for consultation up to signing the contract! I contacted Ecoline about getting a quote to replace my very old windows. Alexander Havkin set up an estimate consultation quickly. He came fully prepared for COVID – mask and everything – which was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable – he listened to what I was looking for in windows, walked me through the options, and explained pros and cons, warranties, installation procedures, etc. Very helpful – I’m a new home owner and have an older home. I was also sent an item-by-item quote, and given plenty of time to finish meeting other window companies (no pressure). Absolutely the best price – with referral bonuses to boot.

Your windows are your view to the world … and to the weather (more important). But they’re a big financial and installation decision. Take care how you decide, because there are many windows suppliers: some just sell other’s windows and tack on a profit for themselves, some make manufacture and sell their own. Having many suppliers (competition) allows you, the buyer, to compare price and quality. If you have science or technology expertise, you can delve deeper into the window superiority, and even the installation quality. The buyer should understand the window project: maybe you only need the glass replaced, not the entire window. Anyways, depending on how much work you need done, spend some time delving into the topic.I was planning the whole panorama, all 10 windows in my house (we’re talking big bucks). I did my homework and selected Ecoline Windows. Why? Several considerations: Their product is high quality. The salesman (Vlad B.) made several convincing presentations with models and was knowledgeable, devoted, trustworthy, and the price was competitive. I know this because I obtained 5 comparative quotes and conversed with these sales persons. I would not pleasantly discover until later that the installation team (Ivan & Vlad S.) was skilled, expeditious (2 days’ labour), clean, polite and generous (giving more than was expected from them). Finally, quality control (Polina) kept calling how the work was progressing; you can whisper problems (which for me failed to materialize) to her in case you have somehow gotten yourself in a tizzy.I recommend and endorse Ecoline for these reasons. There’s much helpful information and awards on their website. Be cool and warm behind your new home windows.

Very happy with the install, the communication, and the salesman that came to my house. No pressure, no BS, and no drama! The install guys were friendly, informative and showed great attention to detail. They had a tough time working around stucco that was improperly installed around my windows but finished it off nicely. The price was great compared to the so called “Baumler approved” company and I think I made the right decision with Ecoline! I highly recommend them and their product. The new windows are a significant improvement on our old windows, slide easily and without issue and will be much easier to clean.Due to the pandemic, there was a delay having the product manufactured and installed during which there was little communication and I had to follow-up a few times, but very satisfied with the final product and install results. Our install team did noticed and let us know about a snag in one of the new screens and looked after reporting this up to EcoLine for us. Although we are still waiting for the screen repair / replacement, EcoLine did call today to book the appointment to finish the repair next Friday.

I want to share my experience regarding Ecoline Windows. When I requested a quote, they sent me a person with high knowledge and ease of conversation, the service was good at that time and I hired this company to change 17 windows and two patio doors. The price they gave me was excellent with ease of financing, the installation began two days ago by the LEO’S Team, really this team of people was excellent, they always followed the COVID protocols, they never put my family or them at risk. Kindness, friendliness, and a high degree of cleanliness, great standards of professionalism were what they gave us.But what has surprised me the most in a good way is the follow-up from the first day to the last by the Quality team guided by Mrs. Polina Levitova, it has been impressive as is the final product, beautiful windows, and high doors quality, with a great installation.I can say that I am very happy as well as my family for having chosen this company to do such a great job as it was all the windows and doors of our house. In these times it is difficult to see companies as responsible as Ecoline Windows.

The most recent visit was last week.We have nothing to complain about. The purchasing process was exactly what they promised. The installation was exactly what they promised. The warranty work they have done shows that they stand behind their product.Without exaggeration, the new windows have had a noticeable impact on our lives. Our house is warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer. We don’t have to deal with fog when it’s cold and we can open the windows to cool things off when it is hot.Ecoline was not our cheapest quote at the time. So far their consultation and measurement teams have been great to work with. Alex and his assistant/trainee Ori went over all of our options for the quoted work and were very informative about the whole process of the window replacement (we are getting 15 done total). Even had some demo units to show the hardware, inner workings and insulation from a cross section. The fact they make their own windows as well provides a peace of mind and should alleviate any issues down the road should we have any. We were so impressed we booked their service on the spot! A week later Victor came and did all the measurements to confirm for the installing crew. We can’t wait to get the project started and we are confident they will maintain this 5 star rating even after the window replacements are completed. We are so pleased with our new windows. We haven’t stopped smiling since the windows have been installed. We had 2 doors, 15 windows and 1 patio door replaced. The installers arrived on time and worked quickly and neatly. They were also respectful and spoke at normal levels. We chose this company because they were able to replace the basement windows completely instead of only doing a retro fit and they also have a computer program to let you see what your house will look like before you start. It helped us decide to chose a different door then what we had originally picked. The sales manager was pleasant and knowledgeable. I can’t wait to see how our energy bill decreases in the winter.
